Large and cozy apartment a few steps from the Molo Trapezoidale, in Piazza Fonderia.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building accessible by stairs. The entrance opens onto a corridor that leads to different environments. The living area boasts an open space with armchairs, two dining tables of different sizes and an open kitchen complete with a refrigerator, a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. The sleeping area features three bedrooms complete with TV, balcony and air conditioning: two with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
