Thank you Nadia for reviewing your experience in my apartment. I'm glad you found the apartment: quiet, functional, large and with everything you need for a good stay, and to have appreciated its location, just a few steps away from all the beautiful things to see in Palermo. Instead, I am sorry to point out, that besides being informed about the possible extra air conditioning before check-in, you could have read it in the Announcement Notes, where it is clearly specified and furthermore you have received all information from me detailed on where to park and the rules of the ZTL, perhaps finding you already on vacation, you were not very reactive to read my e-mails. However I like to remember the air of satisfaction you had at the end of your stay, for having spent a good holiday in my apartment. You are always welcome, a warm greeting. Massimo

Grazie Frederic, sono felice dei vostri apprezzamenti e della vostra buona esperienza nel mio appartamento. Siete sempre benvenuti a Palermo.

Thank you Roberto for writing your review. I am pleased with your appreciation of the apartment, in having found it beautiful, spacious and in a central location, close to the places of greatest interest. I am sorry if you have heard too much noise, I would not have been, perhaps, due to your excessive sensitivity to noise, considering that the quiet and tranquility of the apartment is often appreciated, as described by the many guests who stayed before you . I would have expected a thank you, for all the help I gave you, in finding your lost luggage on the airport, keeping me constantly busy for three days. Perhaps this is why you were abundantly tired. Dear Roberto, you are always welcome to Palermo, a warm greeting. Massimo

Dear Katie, I am happy with your nice experience in my apartment, considering it clean, with all the comforts and in a central location. Katie, I inform you that the extra costs are described in the announcement, in the section Other Information on Prices. Next time you'll be more careful. You have been a perfect guest, you will always be welcome in Palermo. Best wishes, Massimo
