Notre condo de deux Ă©tages est situĂ© prĂšs de la fin de l'avenue Butler et est situĂ© dans un quartier plus calme et plus familial qui offre un accĂšs facile Ă  la plage sans route Ă  traverser. Nous pensons que notre emplacement fait de notre maison l'un des meilleurs endroits oĂč sĂ©journer pendant que vous ĂȘtes sur l'Ăźle. Dans les deux ou trois minutes aprĂšs avoir franchi la porte d'entrĂ©e, vous pouvez plonger vos orteils dans l'ocĂ©an, explorer le cĂŽtĂ© marĂ©cageux de l'Ăźle ou pĂȘcher depuis la jetĂ©e de la riviĂšre arriĂšre. Une promenade de cinq minutes vous amĂšnera aux magasins du centre-ville de Tybee, Ă  la jetĂ©e ou Ă  l'un des nombreux bars et restaurants situĂ©s sur le front de mer et Ă  Tybrisa.

La maison elle-mĂȘme a 2 Ă©tages et est accessible via un ascenseur situĂ© dans le parking sous le bĂątiment. Il peut dormir confortablement de 8 Ă  10 heures et se prĂ©sente comme suit:
Au premier Ă©tage, il y a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains ainsi qu'une cuisine et un coin repas modernes.
‱ Chambre 1 a un lit Queen avec TV Ă©cran plat HD et une salle de bain privĂ©e.
‱ La chambre 2 est une grande chambre pour les enfants et dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et de sa propre tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat HD
‱ La chambre 3 est hors du salon avec un futon queen trùs confortable.
Le premier étage a également un porche enveloppant qui est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir à la fin d'une longue journée à la plage, ainsi qu'un canapé et un fauteuil confortables pour regarder la télévision.

La suite principale est située au deuxiÚme étage et offre 2 lits queen, une salle de bain complÚte, une laveuse et une sécheuse et donne également accÚs à deux ponts avec une vue fantastique sur la riviÚre arriÚre. Certainement l'endroit parfait pour une évasion tranquille!

Notre propriété est un condo de deux étages. Notre unité offre un parking couvert pour 2 voitures avec de la place pour 1-2 véhicules supplémentaires. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également disponible.

We love the walkability of staying on the south end of the island. As advertised it was a 3 minute walk to the beach!

The location was fantastic and within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Parking on site is a real plus. The property is family-friendly. Owner was great at communicating.The only drawback was the building elevator was out of commission, so we had to carry everything up and down several flights of stairs.Thankfully, we had a few good knees and backs in our group! We had five adults and one infant, and it was the layout worked out well!

We love this condo for its easy beach access, location near restaurants and the center of Tybee, and even more so, its walkability. This is the second year that we have stayed as a family at the condo and we look forward to booking it year after year!

Roomy and convenient location

The unit was very clean and the location was just a few blocks away from the beach and other attractions. The unit had comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for my family. The only concern that we could had possibly had was if we had someone with us that could not traverse stairs well we would have had an issue due to the elevator being out of order. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Good location

All good but elevator was not in working order and it was pretty difficult to get up three flights of stairs with all the luggage and food, especially at an advanced age.

Excellent location and wonderful set up

We were very pleased with everything and plan to stay here again in the future. The only suggestion I have is to either replace or clean the couch and loveseat. There were a lot of stains on the seats which made us not want to sit on them. Everything else was wonderful!

Our stay was for a Bach trip. We had an amazing time. Great location and communication, but we did find 3 roaches. The host said the house was due to be sprayed. Overall, the place could use some TCL. Missing some hangers, the deadbolt lock, and the couches had stains. The walls had many marks and tape on them. It just wasn’t the cleanest. The host did let us have a late checkout for the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay if you can over look some of the other stuff.

Great Girls Trip

Property was great for 6 gals. Everyone had their own bed. The weather didn’t cooperate with out trip so we had a lot of time to sit on the porch and catch up. Walking distance to beach and beach front dining. We did rent a golf cart so that we could go to some places on the north end.

Excellent place to stay for Tybee Island vacation!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to the beach is so convenient - just a short couple of minute walk and don't have to worry about figuring out where to park. The beach was great for kids and there are restaurants close by as well. We also enjoyed taking a boat ride to see dolphins and explore the island. The condo had several helpful conveniences like trash bags, paper towels, etc., cooking utensils and dishes, which was an added bonus.

We had a fabulous stay!

We loved our stay here! We booked the property for my 30th birthday and had a total of 10 people staying and everyone has a comfortable place to sleep and there was more than enough room! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! Beautiful wrap around porch and only 1 block walking distance to the beach! The owners were very flexible and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Family weekend with Elders

The place was large and spacious perfect for number of beds, seating, and location to walk everywhere. Enjoyed the breeze out on the porches in the early mornings and evenings as welll. Coffee was stocked nicely. Would like to see more bath towels in each bathroom opposed to beach towels mixed in. Just 1 extra matching set with wash rags and all for each bathroom would be perfect. Our group of 5 ppl did not find any extra stored in the unit that we could add. Thankfully we brought our own towels to take to and from the beach.Parking was good for 4 cars (we had 3 compact and suv style cars with us). Building elevator was out and 2 of the 5 in our group were elderly in need of assistance up and down the 3 flights of stairs. We were not prepared for stairs for them or their luggage, so once they were up to the unit each day they didnt want to venture back out exploring. We made the best of it all and bought dinner in most of the stay or cooked. All in all it was a beautifully decorated space with lots of room for a young family to enjoy together. We would book again with All people in our party prepped to take the stairs when needed.

Great spot.

We had a ladies trip and had the best time.The condo was clean and had everything that we needed.We will definitely come back.Perfect location to the beach .Walking distance to a lot of shops .We rented a golf cart to explore the island.Highly recommend that you do the same.

Cute condo close to the beach

First off, the owners are fantastic and very accommodating. The condo was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is perfect in that the beach, shops and restaurants are all a very short walk. Pirate festival was right around the corner. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Tybee. There was lots of room for all and the balconies were great for relaxing!

Wonderful place to stay on Tybee Island!

This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation on Tybee Island. Close to beach, well equipped, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, elevator for convenience! Amazing Property

Relaxing at it's Best

This was a much needed "Girls Trip" and the house did not disappoint! We had everything we needed, the location was fantastic. We were close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away that we could enjoy a quiet restful time when desired. The house was lovely and we would definitely stay again. The only issue was the dishwasher. The top rack needs to be fixed so it doesn't fall down when loading. Otherwise, a top notch trip!

Perfect place!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party with 10 girls. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, ample living room space with using dining and counter chairs as well. Nice sheets and bath towels. Had everything we needed in the kitchen with the exception of a pizza wheel! Would 💯 recommend this place and would rent again. Adorable decor as well. The upstairs has a separate ac unit too so the loft doesn’t get hot. Within walking distance to the beach and all the “downtown” action. We had such a great time here. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

Fun in the sun

Property location was on point, close walk to everything and far enough away for a restful nights sleep. Property owner was quick to respond to any issues that arose and address them as needed. Only cons: if working remotely internet was subpar. Elevator wasn’t working ( we were notified in advance), 3rd floor was really only an issue when settling in, leaving or when carrying things. We would definitely chose this property again.

We moved to Savannah in 2013 and fell in love with the area and decided to call Georgia our home. Our home is about an hour away from Tybee Island, and we love going to the beach when ever we can and especially on the hot Georgia sunny days! Tybee Island, of course is one of our favorite places to head too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It is just steps to the beach, and located in a bit of a quieter area. We chose to invest in this particular property because of the location, and the fact that there are only four total units in the building. It also has a elevator, and undercover parking. The inside of the condo is larger than most we looked at and that is a nice for accommodating larger groups when vacationing. This unit is a upper unit so it has a second floor to it, which really makes it spacious for travelers to spread out. The bonus was the three baths, which again is great for larger groups and really makes it nice for when everyone is trying to get ready for those fun-filled days while on vacation!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is a wonderful balcony that is good size for relaxing and catching up after a long day at the beach! Plenty of room for all to be hanging out. There are two balconies on the upper level as well that are wonderful to catch a ocean breeze. Even though this property sits on the back side of the ocean views, there are some peekaboo views of the ocean from those upper balconies.
