> Ce magnifique cottage Tybee surélevé est situé prÚs de la riviÚre Back, du quai public et juste en bas du pùté de maisons de lancement de kayak Alley 3.
Ce chalet possÚde une zone au niveau du sol avec un beau feuillage fleuri et une douche extérieure avec un espace à langer vraiment mignon. Il y a des zones de rinçage pour le matériel et des endroits pour suspendre / sécher le matériel. Le chalet parfait (emplacement et commodités) pour les amateurs de kayak!
En montant à l'étage, il y a un magnifique porche avec moustiquaire avec lit double pour de superbes siestes sur la plage! Que peut-il faire de mieux dans une maison de plage ?? !! Quoi de mieux qu'une sieste avec une brise océanique salée! En outre, il y a un porche supplémentaire non blindé avec beaucoup de siÚges extérieurs confortables.
Entrez et vous ĂȘtes au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Il y a 3 chambres Ă  ce niveau; chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain attenante, 2e chambre avec lit queen et 3e chambre avec lit double. Également une 2e salle de bain situĂ©e dans le couloir Ă  ce niveau. Au dernier Ă©tage, vous trouverez le magnifique coin salon / salle Ă  manger / cuisine du chalet. La maison est configurĂ©e de cette façon pour profiter des vues impressionnantes du dernier Ă©tage!
Mobilier dĂ©contractĂ© confortable, tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat ainsi qu'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et un coin repas pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Wonderful Vacation

The house was clean, perfect size for us. This is a quiet peaceful place to vacation. Easy check in and they call to make sure everything was good. We had a great time and hope to get to go back.

Great house in a great location!

We had a group of 5 adult friends wanting a relaxing weekend on the beach while being close enough to get into the city...and we got it! The home is great, very clean, all the amenities you could want, and great communication from the property manager. Will definitely keep this on the list for the future.

Vitamin Sea - just what the Dr ordered

We chose Vitamin Sea because of the location on the island and the 4 bedrooms. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect house for needs. The house was very clean. Loved the views from the kitchen/ family room. The property manager was in contact with us after we arrived and also arranged for an extra day when one of our guests woke up sick on the morning of our original departure. Great stay!

Great location! Roomy Clean and spacious!

My family of 8 had a great stay at Vitamin Sea! ( 3 couples, an 18 year old and a 10 year old.) We did need the pull out sofa for our crew. The place has great views, was clean and lived up to description provided. We would definitely stay at Vitamin Sea again. Minor critiques would be: The bath towels provided were not enough for us even with the washing machine and the full and 2 queen mattresses could use an upgrade. We also wished there would have been more comfy seating in the common den/living room area for all 8 of us to hang out at one time.

Management

Received a phone call from the manager telling us her worker drove by and told her we “had a bunch of people at the house”. Really? House sleeps 8 and we had 7. Strike 1. Then we discover that for a house that sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms) there is only 2 parking spaces. So one of our cars has to park on the grass. The manager told us we might get a ticket. Strike 2. They need to provide parking tags for the cars is this is an issue. She said they couldn’t afford them because they were 300 a year. Seriously?! A small price to pay for making sure your guests don’t get a ticket. I will never use Mermaid Cottages again.

Location was perfect, easy walk to the river which is where we spent most of our time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Lots of deck and porch space to hang out in.Communication was really great; we felt very welcomed and appreciated.

Vitamin Sea for the WIN

The house is gorgeous and spacious. Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Only suggestions would be to update the beds, provide more towels (washcloths and hand towels) in bathrooms and perhaps a bigger water heater. If more than one shower being used at once, water is lukewarm. We loved the outside decks with seating and the open concept on third floor.

The house is perfect size for 8 adults. However, they do need to replace mattresses in a few of the bedrooms,and living room furniture. They are quite worn out, and the living room furniture only seats about 5 adults.
