Lovely decorated apartment with sea views centrally located in Mojacar Playa next to Commercial Centre and a few metres to the beach and all amenities in front line urbanisation with swimming pool.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.
This is a ground floor apartment ( elevated from road so it would rate as a 1st floor but with no steps for access purposes) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lounge diner with access to terrace.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom with double bed ( 1.50m), and ensuite bathroom.
2nd bedroom with double bed ( 1.35m), built in wardrobe & air conditioning.
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Bathrooms
Ensuite bathroom with master bedroom.
Separate full family shower room.
Fully furnished and equipped separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hot water boiler, microwave, coffee maker ( Dolce Gusto), toaster, kettle and all kitchenware and crockery.
Bright and spacious fully furnished and decorated lounge with dining table and chairs, sofa, Smart TV and patio doors leading out to terrace.
The terrace is south facing enjoying sunshine most of the day and is equipped with 2 sunbeds, awning and table and chairs for outside dining.

Parque Residencial is a frontline urbanisation next to Commercial Centre in Mojacar Playa. There is an access gate (NÂș8) on Calle Lucerna, once you gain access to the community you will find a walkway leading up to the front door of the apartment opposite the pool area.
Garage entrance
There is an allocated garage space. Garage entrance is at the far end of Calle Lucerna. Once you leave your vehicle in the allocated space you can walk up a flight of stairs to reach the inside of the complex with very well kept community garden and pool area.
