This cosy farmhouse-style retreat is perfect for summer getaways with your family, being less than a mile from the banks of the scenic Lake Hollywood Reservoir and just a short drive to the likes of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Step inside the home’s inviting interior and you’ll be amazed by the sheer amount of living space on the entrance floor; its open-plan layout flows seamlessly from one room to the next. It’s here you’ll find the main sitting room - a bright and airy space to wind down in after a busy day exploring the city or the nearby hiking trails. Close by is the dining room and the fabulous chef’s kitchen. Fitted with quality Thermador appliances, gorgeous custom cabinetry, and a big butler’s pantry, this is the ultimate place to hone your cooking skills and get the family together for an evening of home-cooked delights. Sliding doors from the second sitting room open out onto the home’s spacious garden. An outdoor dining area offers a quiet and secluded space for alfresco lunches. Nearby, a large pool and spa let you cool off from the sunshine. After sunset, the fire pit provides a snug space to gather around and spend quality time together. Back inside, a home theatre room boasts a projector screen with a starlight ceiling panel - great for watching one of your family's favourites before heading to bed. On this level, you’ll also discover a third sitting room featuring lots of children’s toys. When you are ready to call it a night, you’ll find six out of seven bedrooms in the main house. The seventh is located in a separate pool house, with a single bed and an ensuite bathroom - ideal for staff or even teenagers who want some extra independence.

There are no tvs in the home, instead there is a cinema room with a projector screen which includes access to apple tv streaming services such as netflix, hulu, etc and cable tv. This home is in the hills and as a result cell service can be spotty at times. This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator. Since the onefinestay photo shoot, some of the furniture in the home has been re-arranged in the downstairs cinema room, play area and main entrance sitting room. In the fifth bedroom on the entrance level, the closet is unavailable. Instead there will be a hanging rail provided. In the fourth child's bedroom, there is a single sized bed and a toddler bunk bed, which fits toddlers and small children 6 years old and under. There is a single sized bed for one person in the detached separate pool house, which is accessed from the outside. There is no closet available, a hanging rail will be provided. There is central air conditioning and heating in the main home and a wall air conditioning unit in the detached separate pool house. There are two parking spaces available in the garage, two additional spaces in the home's driveway and unrestricted street parking. There are external security cameras which face the entrance of the home.
