It is composed of a large living and dining room that gives access to 3 double bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms with shower; a TV room that can be used on special requests as a 4th bedroom with a twin sofa bed (please ask for a quote); a compact but functional high-tech kitchen, and a spacious loft accessible through an internal staircase used as a second living room and office space, with lookout on the rooftops. On this level there is also a small laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.



The house has been equipped with fast Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in every room, independent heating system, smart TV, large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction stoves, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, etc.
