Élégant appartement à deux pas du Pont du Rialto, avec une splendide vue sur le Grand Canal et un charmant petit balcon donnant sur l'eau. Situé dans un immeuble avec ascenseur, il offre des espaces lumineux avec un salon et une cuisine dans un seul espace aéré. Il dispose de deux chambres doubles et de deux salles de bains, dont une en suite, garantissant confort et intimité au cœur authentique de Venise. Les check-in sont possibles de 15h à 19h. Les arrivées plus tardives sont possibles après accord et avec un petit supplément. Lors du check-in, le paiement de la taxe de séjour qui s'élève à 5€ par personne et par nuit sera demandé, et un contrat de location sera à remplir et à signer, incluant les coordonnées d'une carte de crédit au nom des invités en garantie des dommages.

It is a roomy, beautiful apartment right on the grand canal. It is in the perfect location to do anything in Venice. If Venice wasn’t so exciting, we could have spent 2 days just watching the canal from the balconies.

Wonderful place to start in Venice!

From the moment Elena met us at the location we were so impressed with the accommodations! Very modern and clean. Wonderful location!! Elena have us some wonderful recommendations of where to eat and visit and we felt very taken care of. The view was incredible and each bedroom has a small balcony. Highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing view and location

We loved our stay! Perfect location and brand new with all amenities. Hotel like attention to details! Walk to all attractions in a few minutes. The view is stunning from all rooms. Perfect for two couples as the suites were totally separated and private. We will be back!

Property is located on the Grand Canal. Has panoramic view of Rialto bridge and canal. Perfect location bustling with activity. Located close to transportation, historic sites, and fantastic restaurants. After staying in apartments in Firenze and Roma, this apartment stands head and shoulders above all others. Lovely quick stay

Just a couple of nights and our 1 day in Rome was 100f and not great for sightseeing. Rafaela was super helpful suggesting alternatives to walking around in the heat and was generally extremely responsive and communicative. The apartment is small but well put together with a fantastic location and we can highly recommend it.

Nice and spacious. Good to have the two shower rooms. Views over the Grand Canal are mesmerising. The wooden floor in the master bedroom is very, very creaky.

Great apartment in Venice

This apartment is absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and well equipped and the check-in process was amazing. We enjoyed our time spent at the apartment, and also being on the grand Canal. The location was absolutely perfect for walking all around Venice and getting to St. Marks. All of the staff was more than accommodating to all of our questions and requests, including water taxis, and an early luggage storage. If we return to Venice, this will definitely be where we stay. Thanks for making it such a great experience.

The Best Location

The location of this property really made our trip to Venice wonderful. Everything was close and convenient, the view of the Grand Canal was so worth it. This apartment was well maintained and everything was in good condition. It was nice that the provided shampoo and shower soap, the apartment didn't have much else besides basic tableware. It didn't have anything like basic salt and pepper or laundry soap. It did have smart TVS witch was nice. The air conditioning worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location

Very recently renovated apartment; very nice and clean. Well furnished kitchen with basic requirements (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, soap for dishwasher and laundry) Located very close to a Bus (boat) station as well as close to Rialto bridge facilitating going both side of Grand canal. And what about the view of the grand canal!!! Perfect. We were even able to use 2 folding chair tightly placed on the balcony for 2 people enjoying our Amarone!! Very nice Amarone purchased at Al Amarone restaurant nearby (150m from apartment) If you buy your wine to go, you get a 30% discount. All was perfect. Thansk to the owner of this perfect place.

Dream vacation, dream location!

This property delivered all it promised and more! The location can not be beat and the property is very high end. We were shocked at how centrally located this property was and what an amazing view of the canal. We were able to jump on a gondola within steps of our front gate! We loved being able to sit on the steps right outside our door and people watch and just take in the view. What a wonderful apartment that was very well equipped. If you get a chance to stay here, by all means do not miss out!!
