LE LOFT
Le loft "Giorgio" se compose d'un grand salon, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une belle banque privée.

Les chambres garantissent un maximum de confort, elles sont lumineuses et spacieuses. Le premier a un très grand lit double et l'autre un lit simple très confortable. Vous pouvez même faire correspondre les lits simples. Vous finirez belles et spacieuses salles de bains.
Le salon est la pièce la plus lumineuse, avec un canapé-lit confortable, une nouvelle télévision intelligente et une cuisine bien équipée. Vous aurez également accès à la terrasse privée sur le canal.

- C'est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Vous pouvez facilement accéder à vos bagages depuis la banque privée ou depuis la porte de la rue.
- Vous aurez l'enregistrement et le départ numériques: c'est simple, intelligent et sûr! (H24)

LA ZONE
Préféré par tous les Vénitiens, Castello est le sestiere le plus vivant de Venise.

Great Rental

We loved the location and being right on the canal. The host was very helpful with our arrival and even arranged a water taxi to the airport when we left. We also loved having the balcony to sit on and keep the doors open to enjoy the nice weather and view.

Host was extremely prompt and helpful with all inquiries and even arranged water taxi services for an added benefit! Outdoor deck right on the canal was amazing for relaxation in the evenings. Highly recommend this property!

Great location. The water door made arrival and departure with luggage a breeze! Host even helped arrange transportation. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked. Would love to visit again and stay here.

Quiet, convenient location/modern apt

Really nice (though short - we only had 2 nights in Venice) stay for our family of 4. The location can seem a little iffy? at first because you really have to wind through a bunch of narrow alleys to get back to the unit (a pain with our suitcases) and there’s some graffiti (but it is a city…) but after arriving we realized how well the place is situated.It’s quiet (until the water taxis start running in the morning - and then it’s so cool to see the “morning commute” of boats, taxis, schoolchildren!), AC is great after a day of walking, and showers and beds were top notch. Well equipped cabinets and grocery is just around a few corners - we enjoyed the welcome Prosecco & water and bought bread, crackers, meat & cheeses to enjoy outside and in the kitchen/living area. Only negatives were some areas that needed a little more attention from the cleaning service - not bad just not ideal - and not realizing that the washer was just a washer until after we did a load … but then we were able to “dry” like Venetians by hanging clothes around the airy kitchen and on the deck.Enrico was super communicative- even as our train was late and he was texting me as he was going into a meeting (much appreciated). Best part was being whisked away on a private water taxi that came right up to our deck/dock - AND avoiding hauling our luggage on the cobblestones and dealing with a series of public water taxis or train crowds.

Wonderful place

We truly enjoyed our stay in this luxury Scandinavian-style apartment. There are great views from the deck and we appreciated the extras provided (e.g. prosecco, coffee, black-out shades, toiletries). Great communication with host and easy check-in. Very pleased with everything!

Incredible location and host

Everything about our stay was perfect. Enrico is very responsive and helpful. Answered any questions I had and helped arrange a water taxi for my party of 5. The amenities here are excellent and the room was spotless when we arrived. Cannot recommend Enrico and his loft enough. Will book a gain the next 5ime we visit.

Charming Stay on the canal

We really enjoyed our stay at Enrico’s loft. It was our first experience to Venice and we loved having a patio directly on the canal. Our taxi boat to the train station picked us up right outside our door. Enrico was so helpful with organizing both our water taxis and food recommendations. He also let us store our bags since our flight got in at 9am. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing trip to Venice

We have traveled all over Europe and can sincerely say that Enrico is the best host we have encountered in 20 years. He was waiting for us at the unit when we arrived, stored our bags, and gave us a lot of useful tips the area. He went above and beyond arranging transportation for our family of 6 from the dock at the unit. The apartment is clean, well stocked and in a great location. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

Absolutely incredible! The property was comfortable and spotless. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into this place. Enrico is an amazing host and will reach out and help you find the place easily the day you check in. You wont find a better rental in venice! The neighborhood is quiet and youll be the only people there, but still close enough to amazing restaurants around the corner. This rental was my favorite out of 2 weeks in Italy!

Delightful apartment in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. As advertised, the balcony on a back canal was a super interesting way to observe the "real" goings on of the city. We had a water taxi pick us up from there on the way to the airport for departure. Enrico was very helpful in that I could not figure out how to book a taxi from the balcony and for that, I am very grateful! Everything was great and we loved that the location was walkable to everything touristy but felt tucked away in a more "local" part of the city. There was a grocery store just a few minute walk around the corner that came in very handy! Overall, excellent experience.

Book this wonderful place!

My friends and I were very lucky to stay at this beautiful place while on a trip to Venice. Everything was perfect from the communication, to accommodations, location and all the recommendations provided to make our stay memorable! Enrico made everything so easy and he was such a pleasure to work with and helped us navigate our way around Venice. The apartment is perfectly located in a quieter part of the city but only a 15 minute walk to most major attractions. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are super clean and have all the essentials you need. The kitchen was stocked and there is a market right around the corner. Great view of the canal from the outside terrace. Perfect spot for your morning coffee! We will definitely be back! Thank you Enrico for making our trip so wonderful!

Excellent modern, clean, quiet apartment in Venice

We were looking for a modern clean apartment in Venice for our family of 5. We were not disappointed. Enrico's apartment was spotless with modern amenities and 2 beautiful bathrooms with excellent water pressure and hot water. We had a bit of luggage so Enrico arranged a water taxi from the train station to his place. I would recommend that highly unless you pack lightly. The taxi literally took us to the apartment's balcony and our luggage was inside. Enrico was a great host. Always responsive, met us at the apartment and allowed us to leave the luggage there before check-in. That was very important for us. We were there for Easter so he gave us an Easter panetone. The place was on a very quiet calle a short distance to a nice piazza and very convenient to explore Venice. It has a balcony right on a quiet canal where you can have coffee or a meal and live like a Venetian. We highly recommend!!

Amazing - Best Vacation Rental!!

I cannot recommend this rental enough. Enrico seriously made this better than a five star hotel. No detail is overlooked – from the body wash and shampoos in the bathrooms, plenty of towels for the guests, cold water in the fridge, even coffee/tea and sugar for those that like it. I was amazed there was even dishwasher detergent, laundry pods (though we didn’t do laundry as it was our first spot) and a good assortment of dishes, cups, etc. I am VERY particular about cleanliness and this place was spotless. Clean is seriously the most important thing to me when staying in a hotel or vacation rental. But this place had it all. The location is amazing. Even with small children it was a 10 minutes to Piazza San Marco. It was such an amazing experience to arrive to Venice and have the water taxi setup by Enrico! Walked out of the airport and the water taxi was waiting in the first spot and whisked us away to the small porch/pier at the apartment. Once in a lifetime experience! We were also so thankful that he allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning so that we could explore the city easily. We loved sitting out back right on the water in the morning to have breakfast and to relax before bed. I only wish I had booked it longer – once I had thought to (before our trip) it had already been booked. You will NOT regret staying here. Enrico is an amazing host with dining suggestions, setting up taxis, checking in that all was well. Best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had.

Our stay was amazing! Everything from the apartment to the location was perfect. Our host was the best! He was very responsive to us and extremely helpful since this was our first visit to Venice. He even assisted when we had transportation questions. I recommend 100%!

Fantastic rental

We had a fantastic visit. The owner, Enrico, gave great recommendations of restaurants and activities. He was very accommodating and took care of setting up our transportation needs. The only thing I could recommend is a new couch. It was awkward to sit on. We would rent again. Thanks Enrico!

Great Host

Very helpful, due to my misunderstanding of the Venice experience we were left at the Tronchetto Pier with no ride at the end of a transportation strike day. Called Enrico and he made everything work great outstanding service. Place was as advertised, beautiful location, away from the tourist crowds but easily walked. Recommend 100%
