LE LOFT
Le loft "Giorgio" se compose d'un grand salon, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une belle banque privée.

Les chambres garantissent un maximum de confort, elles sont lumineuses et spacieuses. Le premier a un trĂšs grand lit double et l'autre un lit simple trĂšs confortable. Vous pouvez mĂȘme faire correspondre les lits simples. Vous finirez belles et spacieuses salles de bains.
Le salon est la piÚce la plus lumineuse, avec un canapé-lit confortable, une nouvelle télévision intelligente et une cuisine bien équipée. Vous aurez également accÚs à la terrasse privée sur le canal.

- C'est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Vous pouvez facilement accéder à vos bagages depuis la banque privée ou depuis la porte de la rue.
- Vous aurez l'enregistrement et le départ numériques: c'est simple, intelligent et sûr! (H24)

LA ZONE
Préféré par tous les Vénitiens, Castello est le sestiere le plus vivant de Venise.
Les lofts sont Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied (sans ponts) de l'arrĂȘt "Hospital", facilement accessible en transports en commun depuis l'aĂ©roport et la gare.
Les taxis, cependant, seront toujours dans le salon grùce à la belle banque privée.

Our family absolutely loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-20 minute walk from anywhere you want to go. If you don’t feel like walking just order a water taxi (which we did) and get picked up on the dock at your back doorstep. The owner was super responsive if you need anything at all. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend to any family staying in Venice.

Great stay in Venice at this location

We loved this location as it's within 15 minutes of walking to most popular destinations. It's also right on the canal with a great dock that is pleasant in the morning and evenings. We used the dock for water taxis as well. The host coordinated the water taxi for us to get on right from the apartment. Inside was very clean, modern and new. The bathrooms were great and there are blackout curtains throughout the home. Great communication with the host, who lives a few doors away.

Great Rental

We loved the location and being right on the canal. The host was very helpful with our arrival and even arranged a water taxi to the airport when we left. We also loved having the balcony to sit on and keep the doors open to enjoy the nice weather and view.

Wonderful Experience

Host was extremely prompt and helpful with all inquiries and even arranged water taxi services for an added benefit! Outdoor deck right on the canal was amazing for relaxation in the evenings. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful place

We truly enjoyed our stay in this luxury Scandinavian-style apartment. There are great views from the deck and we appreciated the extras provided (e.g. prosecco, coffee, black-out shades, toiletries). Great communication with host and easy check-in. Very pleased with everything!

Incredible location and host

Everything about our stay was perfect. Enrico is very responsive and helpful. Answered any questions I had and helped arrange a water taxi for my party of 5. Charming Stay on the canal

We really enjoyed our stay at Enrico’s loft. It was our first experience to Venice and we loved having a patio directly on the canal. Our taxi boat to the train station picked us up right outside our door. Enrico was so helpful with organizing both our water taxis and food recommendations. He also let us store our bags since our flight got in at 9am. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic rental

We had a fantastic visit. The owner, Enrico, gave great recommendations of restaurants and activities. He was very accommodating and took care of setting up our transportation needs. The only thing I could recommend is a new couch. It was awkward to sit on. We would rent again. Thanks Enrico!

Perfect location

We had a great time in Venice. Enrico was very helpful and responded to any emails I sent very quickly. He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and the water taxi to the property. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s about a 13 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. There are so many shops and eateries nearby. It’s definitely worth booking here.

Amazing trip to Venice

We have traveled all over Europe and can sincerely say that Enrico is the best host we have encountered in 20 years. He was waiting for us at the unit when we arrived, stored our bags, and gave us a lot of useful tips the area. He went above and beyond arranging transportation for our family of 6 from the dock at the unit. The apartment is clean, well stocked and in a great location. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

Absolutely incredible! The property was comfortable and spotless. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into this place. Enrico is an amazing host and will reach out and help you find the place easily the day you check in. You wont find a better rental in venice! The neighborhood is quiet and youll be the only people there, but still close enough to amazing restaurants around the corner. This rental was my favorite out of 2 weeks in Italy!

Very helpful, due to my misunderstanding of the Venice experience we were left at the Tronchetto Pier with no ride at the end of a transportation strike day. Called Enrico and he made everything work great outstanding service. Place was as advertised, beautiful location, away from the tourist crowds but easily walked. Recommend 100%

Amazing rental!

My husband and I rented this apartment with our 3 children (ages 19, 16 and 10). The owner was incredibly helpful with check-in, check-out, arranging airport transportation and departure taxi. The owner also made several great recommendations for our trip. The apartment is in a great location! We walked to the main attractions within 10 minutes. There are a few great restaurants a few minutes away and the water taxi from the airport was less than 20 minutes. Lastly, the apartment was impeccably clean. The patio was delightful in the mornings and evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Delightful apartment in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. As advertised, the balcony on a back canal was a super interesting way to observe the "real" goings on of the city. We had a water taxi pick us up from there on the way to the airport for departure. Enrico was very helpful in that I could not figure out how to book a taxi from the balcony and for that, I am very grateful! Everything was great and we loved that the location was walkable to everything touristy but felt tucked away in a more "local" part of the city. There was a grocery store just a few minute walk around the corner that came in very handy! Overall, excellent experience.
