You will have access to the whole house and garden.
Other things to note
This is not a party house, it has been extensively and expensively renovated and we cannot risk it being destroyed. Air bnb do not support nor insure for parties either. No additional day guests, strictly maximum 8 guests. The hosts live next door and will know, plus there are cameras. Anyone not adhering to the house rules will be asked to leave.
