A downstairs bathroom for ease and then through to the well stocked and spacious kitchen, you will find all that you need to cook a delicious meal in or to keep your guests highly entertained, equipped with a large kitchen table, finishing with a utility room just past the kitchen with a washing machine which will be a massive help you to use during your stay.

Head up the stairs to find three large bedrooms on the first floor, a family bathroom and a separate toilet room. The master bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed, bedside table and a desk with smart tv on the wall. The following two bedrooms on this floor will sleep 3 guests in each. In both bedrooms you will see one single bed and one double bed. Consists of a sofa bed, linen on request charge of £20.00. All rooms are incredibly spacious with plenty of storage to unpack your clothes and make your stay as you would at home.

Going up to the top floor, you will be blown away by the last bedroom, with double bed, single bed and en-suite and a wonderful view of York. So much space for every one in your party to stay under one roof, fantastic for the whole family!
