About this space
Our stunning townhouse features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests across three floors. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it is less than a 15-minute walk to the heart of York, making it the perfect base for groups exploring the city.
This property features a newly installed modern kitchen with underfloor heating, off-street parking for up to 3 cars, electric car chargers, and a beautiful private garden with chairs adjacent to a beautiful local park
The space
GROUND FLOOR:
The whole of the downstairs is newly renovated and offers a large, beautifully finished entrance hallway that leads to the downstairs kitchen diner, a utility room, and a WC.
The well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking home-cooked dinners is kitted out with an oven, microwave oven, hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Perfect for those sociable breakfasts in the morning. A common room with a dining area provides an open-plan living area for families and groups of friends looking to spend quality time cooking together. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and sugar for your peace of mind.
The utility room has additional storage space and a washing machine for your use during your stay.
There is a Sonos speaker in the hallway, and smart speakers are dotted throughout the property for guest use to get you in the holiday mood.
FIRST FLOOR:
The living room and bedroom. The bedroom has three single beds and a double built-in wardrobe. Plenty of social space for large families on one floor. All linen is professionally cleaned and of hotel quality to ensure a comfortable stay of the highest quality.
SECOND FLOOR:
Three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the top floor, the house has a lovely master bedroom with a UK king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. A Juliette balcony overlooks the rear garden with fantastic views across the city to York Minster.
At the front of the house, there is another double bedroom and a cozy bedroom with a small double bed (3/4). Smaller bedrooms are suitable for single occupancy. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe space so you don't have to carry around a light.
The house bathroom is also on the second floor, as well as a large airing cupboard for extra storage.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are fitted with hotel-quality linen and toiletries just in case you forget anything.
OUTDOORS:
We have a rear garden that must be enjoyed! It backs onto a beautiful park, giving an open, nature-friendly flow to the house.
To the front is plenty of parking for 2 large cars, or up to 3 medium or small cars if you park closely. There are some free on-street spaces immediately across the street from the house, and nearby.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the property, less the garage.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will disrupt my cleanerâs schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
FAMILY SUITABILITY
There are two flights of stairs in the house and no children's stair gates.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10pm.
- Indoor shoes/slippers preferred.
- Treat my house as if it were your own. If there are any accidental damages, please let me know ASAP.
UPON CHECK OUT
- Please wash up after yourself. My cleaners are employed to clean and set up for the next guests so please respect this. Any excessive cleaning may be charged back to you.
- Move your rubbish into the black wheelie bin outside.
- Make sure you lock the door and all the windows.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
