Romantic Barn with private terrace. External shared spaces: pool, garden, bbq

This lovely accommodation is part of a Holiday House with three apartments obteinded from a restored barn i just. Can host from two to four people. It has two entrances from its spacious tiled terrace, from where it is possible to enjoy great views down the river Arno valley and hills. The terrace is for an exclusive use, with table, chairs and deckchairs.

There are some shared spaces that guests can use: a garden with a pool and a wooden solarium, a large garden surrounding the house, very spacious for playing, reading, relax, and with a barbecue area and a covered gazebo with table, sun bed and chairs to eat outside.

The apartment has two level. At the ground floor a well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower. At the first floor an open space of 40 square meters with a double bed sleeping area, another sleeping area with 2 single beds, and a living area with sofa, chairs and tv. To underline that this is an open flat and the two sleeping areas are divided by a wall and 2 big curtains that do not arrive to the ceiling.
The room is full of light with 2 large windows looking over the valley. There are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.

We are building a new above ground swimming pool to improve the panoramic pool garden context. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay in between 8.30/9 am - 17,30/18 pm. The completion date of the works is not yet certain but they could extend until the end of May / beginning of June.

Host has a free internet connection (29 mega speed in download); also is possible to use a shared washing machine (free)

Florence is only 18 km far. Arezzo, Siena, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, are close as well and all reachable in a day trip.

Pampurio (in the village of Torri), is the closest shop (1 km), it is a grocery/restaurant/ bar that serves very good lunch and where you can buy simple stuff for a dinner.

Supermarket, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, banks are at 5 km in the village of Pontassieve or Rignano sull'Arno.

In the Rignano area there are many "Outlets" too. The Mall, Fashion Valley and many others to enjoy Italian and international famous brands.private terrace with table, chairs, sun bed to relax and eat outdoors.

Great train connection with Florence from the train station of Pontassieve (5 km from the house)

A car is recommended for a more comfortable stay. Recently part of the bumpy road has been paved so that an easier access is now possible
