The unique architecture of this building results from its history. It started as a basic 1920's house, consisting of a ground floor kitchen-living room and a family bedroom over it. As years passed by, more rooms were added to the original structure and finally, it got its recent form.
It consists of the ground floor and two upper rooms connected to each other with two staircases. The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are situated on the ground floor and the two bedrooms on the upper floor.Access between bedrooms is possible by a connecting door.
Ground floor:
Living room with cozy sofa- Flat screen TV, air conditioner
Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities
Dining area with place set for up to four people
Bathroom with shower-hot & cold water, washing machine
Upper floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, air conditioner
Bedroom 2: 3 Single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner
The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a dinner with family and friends.
Patio/private yard: Dining table with eight chairs.
Free parking spaces are offered at the public street.
Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor.

Traditional two storey stone house of 110 sq.m. with 80 sq.m. yard. Erasmia's house is a gem located only 50 meters away from the nothern organized sandy beach and 800m of Rethymno down town. It is a recently renovated detached house with a spacious yard and dining table. The property is fully equipped. The venetian style of the building and the stunning well maintented floor patern makes this house unique and adorable. Ideal for couples and families up to 5 people.

The location of the house is strategic because it is situated on a quiet pedestrian place, only 50m from the longstretch sandy beach and 900m walk alongside the beach from the historical city centre.There is also a very convenient supermarket 50m away. The area has lots of beach bars, cafes and restaurants.
City centre, shops and other fun options are within walking distance. Alternativly, you can take the bus - bus stop close by , call for a taxi or rent a bike.
You should definitely walk in the streets of the old town of Rethymno, which is 300m away, where the old houses with the venetian doors and the minarets will take you on a journey through time. A plethora of restaurants, cafes and shops are waiting for you to explore them. At the edge of the old town you can visit Fortezza Castle, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. A stop to the Archeological museum and the Folklore Museum of Rethymno will complete your visit.
Chania town is 60km away, where you can enjoy the local market and various stores for shopping. At the venetian port there is a beautiful Egyptian lighthouse, the Maritime Museum of Crete, the Venetian Shipyards, the KĂŒĂ§ĂŒk Hasan Mosque and the Chania Sailing Club - Neorio Moro. In the old town you can visit the Catholicon of the Venetian Monastery of St. Francis, also there you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars where you can enjoy the local gastronomy.
