We’re glad you appreciated the location — just minutes from St. Peter’s Square and surrounded by excellent restaurants and services — one of the great strengths of this apartment. Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify a few points. The furnishings are as shown in the listing photos, and while the style is classic, we are constantly working to improve the space with small updates and attention to cleanliness and functionality. About the washing machine: it is indeed in the apartment, but as clearly stated in the description, it is for staff use only. This is a choice made to guarantee hygiene standards and prevent previous issues of misuse. That said, we provide a convenient professional laundry service, with pick-up and return directly at the apartment within 24 hours. Concerning the bathroom, let us clarify: guests have access to three bathrooms, and no space is restricted. However, as one of the bathrooms shares a wall with a neighboring apartment, we simply ask — as a form of courtesy, not obligation — to use one of the other two during the late-night hours (after midnight). It’s a small gesture to respect the quiet of the building, but guests are obviously free to use whichever bathroom they need at any time. We’re sorry if these aspects impacted your experience.
