L\'appartement a totalement été restructuré et il peut accueillir jusqu\'à 8 personnes confortablement. À votre disposition Vous aurez une salle avec canapé-lit, tv Lcd avec coin-cuisine complètement équipé, deux salle de bains avec douche, une spacieuse mezzanine avec lit matrimonial et deux grandes chambres à coucher avec lit matrimonial. Nous avons passé 3 jours à Rome. L'appartement est très bien situé. Idéal pour visiter Rome à pieds. L'organisation du transfert de l'aéroport à l'appartement était parfaite de même que l'accueil et les explications. Équipement en vaisselle assez obsolète qui mériterait un renouvellement.

Such a lovely apartment right in the hub of all the amazing Roman sites! Hosts were very accommodating of delays to our travel plans due to flight cancellations and rescheduling our key pickup. Also they helped arrange a car for transportation from the airport to the apartment. FYI, the apartment is in the 4th floor (lots of stairs). There is an elevator but it only fits maybe 2 people squeezing. Beds were comfortable, and the extra bathroom with laundry upstairs was an added perk.

very good location - honestly cannot be beat. The space has the bare minimums that comes with big city dwelling. We had to go out and get quite alot of additional items like shampoo and soap. The company that runs this is awesome though - easy to coordinate with, great response time, arranged a private transfer for us which are all very much appreciated.

Central location that is walking distance to everything

Apartment location was great with many restaurants nearby. We were able to walk everywhere (Vatican, Colosseum, etc). The superintendent of the build (not associated with hosts) was very nice and allowed us to leave out bags with him when we arrived early and on departure day, we showed him our gratitude! Things to keep in mind - The loft has a very steep spiral staircase, definitely not for very young kids. The loft/upstair bathroom ceiling is 6' high and may not be ideal for taller folks (especially the upstairs bathroom). The AC in the apartment is fine in the bedrooms but the loft area is significantly warmer. The fold out couch has seen better days and was repaired at some point with very sharp wire that I scraped myself on. When bringing some of these issues to the attention of the host I was not at all happy with their replies - definitely would not be looking to return.

This was such a great location to stay. So close to all the major items you would want to see. The apartment is so close to one of the best Piazza's in all of Rome.Apartment is nice, staff worked with us to meet all of our needs. Would stay here again.

Great apartment and great location. Lots of space and fantastic AC for our very hot summer visit. Would definitely stay here again. The location was so perfect we were able to walk to all of the major sites.

In the heart of Rome

The apartment is right next to Piazza Navona, which was wonderful. It was as advertised. The proximity to restaurants and cafés was awesome. Be aware, there are five flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is an elevator, but it is tiny. We had to take four trips with four suitcases to get everything upstairs. We were there in the heat of the summer, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which we really appreciate appreciated. We went out for sightseeing in the morning, came back during the afternoon heat for a rest in the AC, and then back out again.

Enjoyed our stay

Easy and flexible check in. Location was great for many sites and a bus stop right outside the apartment was great. We found all the beds very comfortable. Stairs to the loft area are tight, but it was fine for an adult. There were 4 of us and there was enough seating in the living/kitchen area, but not sure larger groups would be able to enjoy the space together; there are only 4 chairs at the table and a small couch. Overall, great stay and location!

Comfortable, clean stay close to everything

This apartment was spacious for our family of four that included two teenagers. With two bathrooms and many mirrors it gave us enough space to get ready for our busy days touring. It's in the center of several significant sites so it was very convenient location for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had good a nights sleep on the comfy beds. The furniture, space and linens was very clean and in good condition. The windows are brand new and easy to open. We loved letting a breeze in and listening to the buzz of activity. The check-in was great. We were in constant communication with the host updating our arrival time to facilitate a smooth check in. They arranged a taxi to the airport on our last day.

The apartment in Navona Square was in a wonderful location. We could walk to Vatican City and all of the other sites. We took a cab to the Colloseum and it was 9. Fabio was on time to let us into the apartment and everything went smoothly. Thank you to Daniele and the staff for helping us. Grazie

Location

The apartment is in an amazing location steps away from Piazza Navona. The piazza is amazing with amazing restaurants everywhere. It is walkable to most of Rome’s activities. It is closer to the Vatican than the Colosseum. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths was perfect. Small elevator's but works for 2 people or a couple of bags. Family of 5 so we just took turns up going up. FYI if you have a picky kid there is a McDonalds steps away! Lol.

location, location, location!

Loved staying at this historic (to me) property in Rome. The location was truly the best, felt it was close to everything we wanted to see. The check in process was very smooth. The 3 bedrooms were cozy. I found my loft nice and quiet. My sister-in-law felt her room was a little noisy, but, she has trouble sleeping at home! All in all I was very pleased

Rome Visit

The check in process was smooth and there was clear communication with property owners. However, during our stay multiple people in our party became sick. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom had no cover on the bowl, this combined with the steam of the shower in the bathroom gave a very moldy atmosphere. Upon our return home our primary care providers determined we had been exposed to mold. We also noticed black mold spotting in upstairs shower. Because of the open toilet lid, there was also a lingering smell throughout the apartment during our stay. The upstairs bathroom should be cleaned or guests should be notified not to use the bathroom.
