the apartment is located in one of the most commercial areas of Rome with many shops and a supermarket a few steps from the entrance to the building. Not even two hundred meters away is the entrance to the Vatican museums and the entrance to the subway, but also many bus stops. Restaurants, ice cream parlors, clothing stores are very numerous together with many local handicrafts and religious articles. St. Peter dominates everything with the grandeur of its dome and colonnade.
Accurate description of the place, which is very important to me. I was surprised how good the price was as well as the location. The host is excellent at timely communication! There is a great open market one block away and several good grocery stores in the are. The stay also includes a coffee and EXCELLENT fresh croissant just a 1/2 block away.
Good location, close to St. Peter's square, the Vatican and restaurants. As far as furnishings, in need of an update as well as painting. Advertises that a washing machine is in the unit (and it is), but upon arrival, told we could not use. There are also limitations on the time that the one shower can be used. Walls are very thin and can hear the neighbors. Would not likely stay at this place again.
