Amazing time in a cozy nest in a heart of the city. We really liked everything! excellent location

The property is located 10 to 20 minutes walking distance to the palace, castle, shopping, beach, harbor and super market. The host was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely plan to stay again in the near future.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen und bekamen alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegtem Kultur in der Altstadt zu erleben und einfach am Strand das Meer genießen. Wir waren zu 2 in der Unterkunft und haben nichts vermisst. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Charmante villa avec jardin !

Un grand merci à Tudor pour son super accueil et sa grande gentillesse ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le premier étage de cette jolie maison et son jardin parfait pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners. Le vieux Rhodes est à quelques minutes de marche et les plages guère plus loin dans l’autre direction. Un très bon emplacement à Rhodes.

Beautiful house and garden

We would absolutely recommend this apartment! The house and especially the garden are very beautiful. Rhodes Old Town, beaches, supermarkets, a bakery and bus stops can easily be reached on foot. The host is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you Tudor :)

Sehr schöne Ferien in Rhodos Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau den Fotos. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und der Vermieter hatte uns zur Begrüßung schon eine Grundversorgung an Wasser, Wein, Milch und sogar Obst zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir nicht sofort nach Ankunft einkaufen mussten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Sitzplatz im Garten, an dem wir jede Mahlzeit einnehmen konnten. Die Lage war perfekt in Laufweite zum Strand, zum Hafen und in die Altstadt. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auch dank des sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieters. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Gelungener Villa-Flair mit persönlicher Wohlfühl-Note am mittleren Hang von Rhodos-Stadt

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel guten Gedanken eingerichtet und bietet tatsächlich alles, was man braucht, ist funktionell und trotzdem schön. Tudor wohnt im gleichen Gebäude und ist dabei ein unaufdringlicher, freundlicher und sehr fürsorglicher Vermieter, der stets gerne zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt beiträgt. Die naheliegende Hauptstrasse ist für ruhesuchende Gäste vielleicht etwas zu laut in der Nacht und man muss bei der Wahl dieses Objekts auch bedenken, dass die Fusswege in Rhodos-City überwiegend schlecht und teilweise auch recht steil und dunkel sind.

Perfect location for a visit to Rhodes Town

My friend, daughter and myself had a fabulous stay in Tudor’s lovely apartment. The apartment has plenty of space, with two double, comfy beds, each with their own bathroom. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Tudor is an excellent host, happy to give advice and available to meet us and see us off. Instructions were very clear and communication quick. The outside space is a lovely haven and sun trap. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of the old and new town. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend Tudor’s apartment.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Hier stimmte für uns einfach alles. Der Vermieter, Tudor, ist ein sehr netter Mensch und sehr zuverlässig. Wohung und Lage sind perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Rhodos-Stadt, bzw. als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen auf der Insel.

We had a lovely time at tudors garden villa! Tudor is a great host and very available, the house is just like the pictures and quite bigger than we expected! We had lovely neighbours downstairs and the location is very good even for us that didn't have a car! We wish we could come back some day! :)

Perfect Family Stay

We had an excellent vacation in Rhodes using this rental as our home base. Tudor was a perfect host. He met us upon arrival as discussed and even had snacks and water in the unit. He was very helpful with any recommendations we needed and my husband really enjoyed chatting him up in the garden daily. The unit was a great fit for our family of 4 (kids age 12 and 14) with the 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The location really couldn't be better. We walked to the Old Town daily, took us maybe 10 minutes to get there. We also had a car (which we didn't end up using too much aside from a drive to Lindos and a beach day), but Tudor had plenty of parking space available for it while we were there. Highly recommend this rental for anyone staying in Rhodes.

Tudor est un super hôte, très gentil et nous a gentiment conseillées. L'appartement est très chouette, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le jardin est également très agréable avec sa terrasse pour manger le soir. L'appartement est sur bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre historique ou des bars et restaurants. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Rhodes ! merci Tudor !!!

Great location with great host

We really enjoyed our stay at Tudors apartment. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. There ist a big garden to chill out and the location is very central - you can walk to the beach and to the old town in only 10min. Top Lage

Tudor ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, die Woche im Haus war sehr entspannt. Das Objekt liegt sehr gut, man kann fast alles in Rhodos Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Bootsausflüge, leckere Restaurants und immer hat Tudor einen Tipp parat.

Days in Rhodes

First of all - Tudor is a very charming companion. He took care of us, made our stay in Rhodes very comfortable. He introuced us to interesting people and places, we felt almost like at home. The location is very convenient and yet not too loud. This holiday was very personal, with a lot of contact with local people, we could enjoy a real life in Rhodes! We hope to come back again next time!

C'est une très belle propriété, en ville, tout en étant au calme. Très bien située pour une visite à pied de la vielle ville de Rhodes, proches des plages. M. Tudor est attentifs au besoin des locataires, riche en renseignements et conseils.

FIRST CLASS IN ALL RESPECTS

An oasis in the bustle of the Old Town. Booking was easy and all the communication was first rate. We had the upstairs apartment which was very comfortable and more than sufficient for 2 people. The owner (Tudor) is a very interesting and lovely gentleman who was extremely patient in answering our questions and has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the island. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay made all the interesting by ‘the shadow’ (!).

Schöne Ferienwohnung und City und Strandlage

Die Wohnung sehr schön. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Nette Einrichtung. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für 2 bis 3 Personen groß genug. Schöne Terrasse im Garten. Diese wird mit der weiteren Ferienwohnung geteilt. Die benachbarte Straße ist befahren und man hört im Schlafzimmer leicht die Motorengeräusche. Die Lage ist dafür optimal. Mehrere Strände in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Riesen Auswahl an guter Gastronomie durch die Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder.

5 Girls and we enjoyed every day of our stay. The garden is so beautiful and relaxing, perfect for breakfast in the morning or a beer in the evening. Everything you need is in walking distance, also the Old Town we fell in love with. Tudor is such a good host and company, always around for a chat or if we had questions, good recommendations for food, beaches, car renting, taxi to the airport and more. We can highly recommend this place and hope to be back some day :)

Enjoyable stay in very convenient location. Walkable to shops, Old & New Towns, restaurants & beach

Really enjoyed our 2 weeks here & Tudor was very helpful with a variety of queries ranging from hiring cars to having BBQs in the garden ! It is a simple, clean flat with everything you need for a base from which to explore the wonderful Rhodes Island. We were able to walk to see historical buildings such as the ampitheatre & Olympic type stadium, the Grand Masters Castle & the Old Town in general (10-20 mins ). We walked to the nearest beach (about 8/10 mins), restaurants (5-35 mins). We went on a lovely cruise along the south coast & hired a car for 5 days to see a bit of the rest of the island including Lindos & the Valley of the Butterflies & Rodini Park where there was an art exhibition (in which Tudor had entered a couple of pieces) at the time! The 2 weeks went very slowly & we came home thoroughly relaxed & refreshed. N.B. We stayed in the top flat which had a steep metal staircase to enter - carrying food down to the terrace for dinner could sometimes be interesting 😂 - we did have a "biscuit crash" one day 😂🤣, but no-one below was attacked by the biscuit!!!! Just be aware if you're not good at going up & down stairs! Otherwise, all good. Thank you, Tudor

One of the few remainig historic houses from the Italian time of occupation, which includes sea views, a large private terrace and communial garden. I have carried out a sympathetic interior renovation in keeping with the history of the house, with all contemporary ammenities.
