Spacious and modern one-bedroom apartment in the centre of Marbella with partial sea views from the terrace, close to all the services the city has to offer, such as restaurants, supermarkets, leisure area... such that the car is not necessary.
The property comprises: access to the first floor by elevator or stairs; enter the apartment to find the modern living-dining room with sofa bed and dining area for two, and Smart TV 48"; open kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you need to cook and feel right at home; access from the dining area to the private terrace with partial sea views, fully furnished to enjoy your meals or simply relax; access from the dining area to the bedroom, which has two single beds together, each 90 cm wide; access from the bedroom to the bathroom with double sink, bidet, WC, and shower.
Puente Menor has a community pool open all year round, and a rooftop solarium where you may enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Marbella.
