The modern and well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, cooking basics, and silverware. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The ground floor space accommodates the kitchen with the washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and microwave.
There is also a dining area where 6 guests can sit comfortably and share a delicious, homemade meal. There is also a baby high chair.
In the hallway, there is an unfolded kid cot bed.
BEDROOMS, SITTING ROOM & OFFICE (First & second floor)
The three perfectly designed bedrooms have double beds dressed in quality linens for an excellent night's sleep. They also have a cupboard and bedside tables with side lamps for your convenience. Each bedroom has a free-standing fan.
The property consists of a cosy sitting area with a TV on the first floor and an office room on the second floor with a view of the local park.
The property has a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, a toilet, and a sink. There is also a small ground-floor toilet with a sink.
OUTDOOR AREA:
The private garden, accessible via the hallway, is equipped with an outdoor rattan seat, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee in the fresh air.

The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing and drying machine for your convenience.

We loved our stay in this London townhouse! The neighborhood was fantastic, quiet, close to several Tube stations, and had a lovely park nearby. The host was great and very responsive. We especially appreciated her recommendation to use the Citymapper app, which made getting around so easy. The layout of the home was perfect for us, with bedrooms on different floors allowing plenty of privacy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it!

Central to all of the London sights
We had a great time at the London Bridge rental. It is a family friendly area with a park across the street and it was centrally located to grab the tube to see all the main attractions in London. We would definitely consider staying here again if we returned for another trip.

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay in London. The location is great, close to the tube and bus stops. It is across the street from a park where we had a pizza picnic and played on the playground. There is also a grocery store a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The house is set up with everything we needed. Our family if 5 (kids 15, 12, and 9) felt very at home and slept great after long days exploring all London has to offer. Having 2 bathrooms and space to spread out, yet eat together as a family in the kitchen was a treat! We would stay here again in a hearbeat!

Great location, short walk to Borough tube station
The location was excellent, close to two tube stations (London bridge and borough). The market and several restaurants and take away places were also very close. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 5. We enjoyed being able to have a quiet and comfortable place to relax at night. The full size washer and dryer were also much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with lots of space
Full amenities and easy access to central London were a welcome start to our two week holiday. Kitchen was well stocked and the addition of a clothes dryer was a unique bonus compared to the majority of other properties.
Only request would be some spare linens for the additional sleeping spaces. We spread the family out across the large property and made due and everything worked out well.

Clean and Convenient
My family enjoyed our stay. There are three bedrooms as well as two other den type spaces and an eat in kitchen. Everything was clean. The washer and dryer in the kitchen were convenient. It was very easy to walk to the tube as well as to many of the tourist attractions like Tower Bridge, The Eye, and Big Ben. We recommend this townhouse and would definitely return. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Fabulous location
The property is in a very nice area. We walked to the Sky Gardens, The Globe, Borough Market and all along the south bank from there. The kitchen had everything you could need and was well equipped. There were 3 nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I did see someone else mention that the shower, which is over the bath was difficult to get in and out of and think this is a fair comment but it was OK for us. The host was available and responded quickly when contacted. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to rebook, which is after all the real test.

The neighborhood was run down. The biggest issue was the shower which only had a hand held head. Water ran all over the floor and halls.

However, we respectfully disagree with your comments about the area. The property is located in SE1, a well-maintained and sought-after neighborhood, very close to iconic landmarks such as The Shard, Borough Market, and London Bridge.
The location is clearly provided to guests before booking, and we encourage guests to research the area to ensure it meets their personal preferences.
Regarding the shower, there is a pole with a holding loop where the showerhead can be rested, so it is not necessary to hold it by hand. We were not aware that you may have been unsure how to use this feature. If we had known, we would have been happy to assist by providing instructions during your stay.
We also hope that despite your disappointment, you appreciated the assistance we provided with the arrangements for your luggage before your check-in.
Lastly, we are surprised by this feedback, as it significantly contradicts the consistently positive reviews we have received about both the property and the neighborhood across various booking platforms. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments.

Perfekt Stay for a City Trip with my Family
Die Wohnung ist super schön. Liegt ruhig an einem Park. Einmal ums Eck gelaufen und du bist mitten drinnen im geschehen. Am Boroughmarket. Perfekte Lage. Sogar Adapter waren im Haus. Handtücher. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und waren begeistert.
