Property Details:
This 79-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The first bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. All three bedrooms have quality mattresses and bedding and linens are provided. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guestsâ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Please note for reservations valued over ÂŁ1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.
Please note it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property and in front of the property building. Violators will be charged the damage deposit. The front door of the building should not be left open at any time for any reason.

The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guestâs responsibility.
