Villa Simone is a spacious five bedroom with private pool located in the heart of the Quinta do Lago lake. It is located two minutes drive from Quinta do Lago shopping with many shops, bars and restaurants. There are many more restaurants within the Quinta do Lago resorts. Quinta do Lago beach is a short drive away. The resort of Vale do Lobo and Almancil are a short drive away. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), air-conditioning, lake views and WiFi. The villa is built over three levels. The entrance leads to the open plan living room with plenty of sofas, TV snug, formal dining area and doors leading to the pool terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and central island. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, golf views and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to the pool deck. Bedroom three has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom four has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five is the master suite with double bed and large en-suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms share a private terrace with access to the pool area below. Outside there is a large garden surrounding the villa. The large swimming pool can be heated against an extra charge. There is a covered dining area by the barbeque and the pool has plenty of sunbathing space on the pool deck or grass.
