Villa Lira is a smart four bedroom holiday villa located in the popular Quinta do Lago resort. It is located just 10 minutes walk from Quinta do Lago plaza with it's shops restaurants and bars. The beach with miles of golden sand is five minutes drive away. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, wireless internet and pool heating. Entrance hall leads to the spacious living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating and double doors to the pool terraces. The adjacent TV room has satellite TV. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and hob. There is a separate utility room for the washing machine and dryer. On the lower ground floor there is a snooker room. Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises of one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors out to terrace. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this floor. Outside there is a large private pool (pool heating available), gas barbeque and plenty of garden furniture. The lawned garden is surrounded by mature shrubs and trees. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service Monday to Friday.
