This studio has a bedroom with a double bed in an open space but independent from the rest of the apartment. It is connected to the living room, kitchen, and dining room which makes the place a spacious and comfortable space for your stay. This apartment allows you to enjoy drinking coffee, reading a book, watching your favorite series, working, studying, and feeling at home in a single place that perfectly combines elegance and comfort. The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta is 2.6km away (a half-hour walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places of the city: it is only 10 minutes' walk from the Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, it is also surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and entertainment areas.

The apartment does not have parking. The public parking ¨Garage las Delicias¨ is located within 4 minutes' walking distance.
Its approximate rates are:
- 39 EUR from Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day

The main interest places are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.

For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 90 EUR
