Large well equipped apartment close to the water front.

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days in October. Beds are good with good mattresses and the furniture modern. The apartment is spacious and we especially enjoyed the large terrace facing the sea and the sunset. The beach is close including the many beach front restaurants.

Un lugar encantador. Vistas al mar increibles.

El apartamento esta situado en un lugar tranquilo con vistas insuperables al mar y a menos de 50 m de la playa. La terraza es amplia y agradable, con sofas, hamacas y una mesa en la que 8 personas pueden sentarse comfortablemente. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y todas con vistas al mar. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La piscina de la urbanización es grande, esta muy limpia y tiene sombrillas y hamacas reclinables. Un verdadero acierto el haber elegido esta propiedad. Esta situada en un lugar tranquilo entre Malaga y Marbella. Todo a mano, supermercados, restaurantes y chiringitos. Volveremos.

Toppklass!

Enkel och bra kontakt med fastighetsägaren Susan. Tydlig web-sida med många tips. Mycket smidig check-in och välstädat av Macarena. Balkongen och utsikten ut över Medelhavet var fantastisk, vi trivdes otroligt bra. Bara 150 m till en jättebra restaurang ”Carlos y Paula”. En fantastisk lägenhet på alla sätt!

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

The owner Susan is wonderful and very helpful- great check in process. The apartment was in a great location and had a fabulous pool. Just a short walk to the beach and the lovely beach bars. The apartment itself was well equipped, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The balcony is wonderful for watching the sunrise and sunset. When we find ourselves planning a trip to Elviria we will definitely book with Susan again!

It’s Paradise for sure

What a fabulous place we stayed in. The owner was so attentive and the condo so well appointed. Everything that you might desire or need was available. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Gorgeous pots and pans. Beds super comfortable fabulous view of the ocean and right in front of a sparkling pool. Thank you so much Susan. We will for sure come back again.

Nice and large property on the beach

The area is very quiet and near stores and restaurants. Very secure property, well-equiped (Kitchen, bathrooms, living room, master and guest bedrooms) with a large and very appreciated veranda! Beautiful sunset everyday. Communications with Susan is easy and accurate. A+!

Thanks Michel for your stay with us and your review, which will surely be helpful to other winter visitors. The neighbourhood is indeed at its quietest in low season December to February. Some local businesses may be closed during these months. There are still many restaurants, walking distance, or a few minutes drive, open all year, The large Elviria shopping center up the hill is always animated. In spring, summer and fall, the area is busier. There will be more people parking on the street to go to the beach and the chiringuito next door, and more neighbors occupying the building . Even so you will enjoy tranquility all year round at this most sought-after Hacienda Playa address next to The Mariott Marbella Beach Resort.

We have stayed in a number of properties along this stunning coastline This was by far the best.

The booking process was really simple and helpful. No details too much. Arrival and check-in all went very smoothly. The property has a an elevator down to the ground floor and garage which is spacious and is well lit. On the second floor, this apartment has stunning views both along the coastline of Andalusia and across to great swathes of the Rif Mountains in Morocco 80 miles away. The airport (and so much more) at Malaga is situated just under half an hour away. Marbella, he jewel in the crown of the Costa Del Sol is barely 10 minutes down the road. We went in early November and the weather was like an English early summer day. Shirt sleeves and shorts Sunshine until 6 o’clock and sunsets to die for. We often sat on the balcony for up to an hour just soaking up the breath taking ever-changing setting of the golden sun. About 100 yards away there are two excellent restaurants at the waters edge. Just up the hill in Elveria there are dozens more When we stayed elsewhere on this coast, Elveria was always the most common place we came to eat. There is great variety and good food shopping. Inside, the apartment is well appointed and comfortable with everything you expect and a staggering range of TV stations. We are definitely coming back.

Danke Margrit es war eine Freude, Sie bei uns zu haben. Seit Ihrem Aufenthalt haben wir einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen. Wir haben 600 MB Glasfaser-Internet-Service und Kabel-TV-Kanäle installiert. Wir haben auch die Glasvorhänge ersetzt. Ich hoffe du kommst ein anderes Mal wieder!

Lovely apartment and super service

We very much enjoyed our holiday in this wonderful apartment. My husband and I were traveling with our son and his girlfriend and we had lots of space. The terrasse is outstanding - when in the apartment, we spent most of our time there overlooking the sea. Location is nice - very quiet and close to the "unspoiled" beach and nice restaurants in walking distance - and still just a short drive from Marbella and the "action" as well as other great places to visit. Susan is a very kind and serviceminded person and she made sure that everything was running smoothly both before our stay and during our stay. Thank you Susan for all your efforts. We would love to come back!

Beautiful views, spacious and comfortable!

Location was perfect! Short drive from Málaga Airport, quiet, secure neighborhood, beach front views, peaceful waves and evenings on the porch watching the sunset. Condo is walking distance to grocery store and many nearby beachfront restaurants. Many other restaurants and stores within a 20 minute walk. Quick drive to Márbella, easy drive to Gibraltar and Ronda, all around great spot! Would highly recommend this gem they call home!

Great & very comfortable appartment with fantastic view

The minute we arrived in the appartment it immediately felt like home. Not only because this luxury and cosy appartment has everything you need on a superb location but even more by the kind and lovely contact with the owner. All the comfort you need is available for a very relaxing short or long stay. It’s located in lovely Elviria close to all the golfcourts, beach restaurants/clubs and shops. We will definately come back with the entire family.
