This spacious 1-bedroom flat with its own independent entrance is conveniently located in North London within walking distance of Highgate underground station, the fantastic independent shops and restaurants of Muswell Hill and Crouch End, and the delightful nature of Highgate Woods and Queens Wood.

The flat is located on the ground floor of an elegant Edwardian property. The owners live in the main house above with their children, dog, and cat and are on hand to answer your questions.

Great accommodations

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The property owners happily allowed us to store our luggage in their home early in the day which have us plenty of time to explore London.

Marvellous Muswell Hill

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful flat. Lovely and spacious in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Easy access into London on buses and tube. Stunning village with quaint shops, cafés and restaurants. Lucy was very prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended!!

So much space!

So much space, cozy and welcoming, lovely bed linen. Great value. We walked towards Crouch End rather than Muswell hill as we know that area. It would have been nice to have a pint of milk in the fridge and we struggled with the door a bit (probably just needs oiling). Internet was a bit spasmodic but strong on the whole. Gorgeous house, but no lie-ins with a dog (no barking) and children above, but we had to be up anyway! Would definitely recommend

Muswell Hill Flat

This was the perfect spot for us to set up for a two-week stay in London - a bit outside the frenetic central city, but with excellent transportation links to wherever we wanted to go. The flat was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with easy access to the charming Muswell Hill high street shops and restaurants. Perfect for our purposes.

Quiet friendly street

We loved our stay on the street and found it very quiet. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Finding the key and opening the door the first day was a bit tricky for us. Lucy communicated frequently and promptly and was very helpful.

Lucy and Steve and their three children, dog and cat live upstairs in the main house. They have lived in London for over 20 years and can provide advice and information if you need it.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The property is located in leafy Muswell Hill, North London, a very convenient 30-minute underground tube journey into central London and the West End.

Central London is easily accessible with all of the restaurants, bars, theatres, museums and galleries on offer and quick and easy commuting distance for those attending conferences, meetings or work.

Muswell Hill itself is a lovely area with plenty on offer. Just a short distance walk from the flat you will find all of the major supermarkets (Planet Organic, Sainsbury's, Marks and Spencers, and Waitrose) in addition there are plenty of wonderful independent shops including the well-known Hampstead Providore Butchers, The Fine Cheese Company, Walter Perkis Fishmongers and various fruit and vegetable shops. In addition, there is an Everyman Cinema, some lovely clothes shops, bookshops and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. It is a friendly and welcoming neighbourhood with stunning views across London.

For those wishing to enjoy nature or exercise between sightseeing or work, the property is well located for both Highgate Woods and Queens Wood, a short 5-minute walk away. Both areas are peaceful escapes from the bustle of London and great for dog-walking, running and relaxing strolls. Also, close by is Alexander Palace with its even larger area of green space. There are a number of gyms and of particular note is the lovely Park Road open-air swimming pool which is a short 13-minute walk away.

Also nearby are the pretty areas of Crouch End filled with restaurants, bars, shops and a cinema and the historic village of Highgate.
