Large apartment suitable for small groups of friends couples, families or colleagues. Just a few blocks from "Sagrada Familia", if you are looking for a budget location in an authentic Barcelonese apartment, this is your place.

There are beds for all. The apartment is very spacious and has about 120mtrs. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The dining is located on the back side of the building. Bedrooms in the middle and frontside of the apartment.

On the frontside you will find the master bedroom equipped with a double bed. It has two large and windows. Continued from there in the hallway you will find another 2 double bedrooms. Then you will find the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare a breakfast or something for tapas.

If you continue in the apartment down the hallway there are two large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a big shower.
Finally and almost reaching the end, we find the large living room, which has a small gallery with views to the outside where you can plan an excellent stay in Barcelona!

There is no lift in the building but the apartment is located on the principal / first real floor.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls (no whatsapp) for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call at +34 608753300 about 30-45 minutes before. No WhatsApp calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6.05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
