This apartment was perfect for us. Edmund is a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. If we had a question later he responded very quickly.This apartment is in an excellent location. The tube station close as are many lovely restaurants. It is also easy to walk to the nearest location to catch the bus. We loved our stay here and recommend this apartment

Warm, informative, in-person, greeting by Caraline at our early check-in. Lovely flat in a residential neighborhood in walking distance from Westminster Abbey; pubs, grocery store, and the delightful Regency Cafe if you want a traditional English breakfast with locals are all nearyby. Quick, helpful, responses by Edmund both before and during our stay. We particularly appreciated the chocolate and bubbly, which we enjoyed on the balcony on a beautiful spring afternoon, just like the photo shows!

This is a lovely little apartment in Westminster off the Pimlico line. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean, had an elevator and laundry (no AC that I am aware of, but was not needed during our visit). Regarding the location, if you want to be in the heart of the action, this apartment may not be what you are looking for. But if you want to get away from the crowds you encounter during the day, and have a quiet spot to recharge, then this is a good option. Thank you Ed!

The host was very welcoming and the flat was lovely! So cozy and clean. Ed and his family were so amazingly gracious and generous. The amenities were nice and the location perfect to touch off to any part of London. If you stay around the local area, you can also enjoy great offerings such as Mio Restaurant and Bar. We enjoyed our stay for just over a week in London. The check-in process was easy and the owner was always available to assist and communicate with. The area was quiet and close to the tube stations. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and walked to them often for dinner and lunch. The flat is close to Big Ben and Parliament. We walked to that area easily. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well. The flat was clean and comfortable. The King sized bed was very comfortable. A bottle of champagne was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. Overall, a great experience.

London Visit

Great location...Great Stay!!!

The hosts were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful! The flat was clean, well equipped, and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect In Every Way

This property has everything one needs to feel like a home away from home. Location is ideal. Edmund stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this flat for your stay in London. Would stay here again!

I chose this area because it offers a rare blend of central London convenience with a peaceful, village-like atmosphere. Tucked just behind the Tate Britain and steps from the Thames, it's one of the few places in the city where you can enjoy quiet, leafy streets and still be walking distance from iconic landmarks like the Palace of Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the West End.

What I love most is the sense of community—Pimlico has a calm, residential feel but is surrounded by history, culture, and excellent transport links. You can take a scenic walk along the river, grab a coffee at a local café, and still be at your meeting or museum visit in minutes. The mix of classic architecture, friendly local shops, and proximity to places like St James's Park and Victoria make it both charming and incredibly practical.

Having lived in the area since 2012, I’ve had time to discover all its hidden gems—from riverside paths and quiet garden squares to great local pubs and international eateries. It’s a place that feels like home, and I enjoy sharing it with guests who want an authentic London experience with all the city’s highlights right on their doorstep.
