This spacious and tastefully decorated villa complies to the highest modern standards and comprises 4 suites (the master suite is situated on the first floor and has a comfortable seating area with a Sat-TV, walk-in closet and direct access to a balcony/terrace) with heating and air-conditioning, a living and dining room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, fireplace, Sat-TV DVD player and WiFi, laundry room (available upon request), as well as a mature and neatly kept garden with large (partially covered) terraces, several seating options, a barbecue, well-sized pool (heatable at extra cost) and sun loungers.

The property is fully fenced and has an electric entrance gate.

During the winter season (November till March) the energy costs will be charged separately, according to consumption.
