📝 Important Notes & Booking Advice

• 📅 Availability Inquiry: We want to ensure our home is the perfect fit for your group. Please message us to check that we can accommodate your specific dates and requirements before sending a formal booking request.

• 🗓️ Peak Season Stays: During our peak weeks, we typically only accept full-week bookings with a Thursday-to-Thursday changeover.

• ⏰ Coordinating Your Travels: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. As we often have back-to-back bookings, we are unable to offer early arrivals or late departures. Please note these times when booking your flights.

• 🚭 No Smoking Policy: We maintain a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors, and ashtrays are provided.

• 🛡️ Travel Insurance: For your protection, we strongly advise all guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

• 🧴 Linen Care: To keep our linens unmarked, we kindly ask that guests avoid using P20 or "All Day" sun lotions, as these cause permanent staining on linen and furniture.

• 🚫 Restrictions: We are a family-oriented property and do not accept young groups, parties, or celebration events. Pets are not permitted due to severe family allergies, and the fireplace is for decorative use only.
