This well presented house occupies an elevated position with views over the estuary in this extremely popular coastal village.. 20 steps to entrance.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Private Front garden. Rear garden with patio and two sitting-out area. On road parking. No smoking. . The property comprises three bedrooms, a single, a double and a king with a walk-through dressing/reading area and a family bathroom with shower over bath on the first floor. Down on the ground floor there is an additional shower room with walk-in shower and hanging rail so you can drip dry your wetsuits after a day in the Atlantic! The living/dining area has some lovely estuary views, a woodburner and a Smart TV and the kitchen/dining area offers a breakfast area, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and patio doors that lead out to a rear covered decking with seating, a tiered garden and a handy rear access to save you walking up and down the front steps everytime.
Positioned just minutes from the waterside and the excellent variety of eateries, coffee shops and tea rooms including several local restaurants & pubs, the property is perfectly positioned for Appledoreâs lovely quay which benefits from gorgeous views out towards Instow which can be easily reached by car or simply by taking the ferry. Back in Appledore there are plenty of quaint village streets which host a wide range of cafĂ©s, public houses, and boutique shops - the perfect place to simply wander and take in the surroundings and traditional fishermanâs cottages.
The historic port town of Bideford is just two miles away and offers a taste of traditional North Devon life with its weekly pannier market and of course has all the usual town facilities such as a large supermarket and high street. Other amazing beaches (some of the best in the UK) like Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde are all within easy reach by car. There are plenty of local attractions and amenities nearby including Royal North Devon Golf Club, horse riding stables, an indoor swimming pool, fishing, sailing and water-skiing facilities. Family attractions include the Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks, North Devon Wake Park watersports centre, Dartington Crystal Factory, Tapeley Park, and the Tarka Trail, which is popular with walkers, runners and cyclists and follows a disused railway line all the way to Barnstaple and Torrington and beyond in the opposite direction. And then thereâs the Southwest Coast Path passing directly below the property which offers in North Devon alone, 90 miles of walks with amazing and dramatic coastal views. Beach 3 miles.
