Spacious flat in lively Gracia neighborhood at the heart of Barcelona within walking distance to rest of the city. Well connected with public transportation and has 2 metro lines nearby.
Fully equipped flat with 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) & two recently renovated bathrooms (one with shower other with bathtub) and two little balconies. Has all the necessary amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine etc and central AC/heating.
The space:
Spacious flat located next to a park at the heart of Barcelona. Has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 full bathrooms. Hosts up to 6 people. You can enjoy a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Located at the lively, hip Gracia district, only 15 min walking distance from famous attractions such as Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo and Passeig de Gracia. 2 separate metro lines only 400 meters away allow easy access around the city, including the beach.
The flat is located at the second floor of a baroque style building with a small elevator and offers a comfortable stay to the guests. It is a 81m2 flat with 3 bedrooms (one bedroom smaller than the others).
There are two fully equipped two bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with shower (15cm step in front of the shower). The flat can host up to 6 people.
All of the bedrooms have double beds (150x190, 140x200, 130x190). The master room faces a quiet and luminous street with a cute little balcony with two chairs while the other two bedrooms are facing the interior of the building, typical to Eixample style.
The flat features a pleasant seating area with sofa, high-speed wifi, flat- screen TV with Netflix and DVD player and acquires an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware such as dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, pans etc.
There is a little balcony at the living room as well. The flat has all the necessary amenities such as filtered coffee and Nespresso machine, hairdryer and washing machine with a dryer etc. We provide tea and coffee, towels, travel-size shampoo and hair conditioning, make-up kit, dental kit etc.
Central air conditioning and heating is available in ALL of the rooms and in the living room.
It is a clean, luminous flat which is designed in a very functional way in order for you to fully enjoy.
Other things to note:
The apartment is family friendly. For families with babies, there is a portable crib, baby size bed-linens and a high chair. In less than 3 minutes walking to the house, there is a playground for kids to enjoy.
Bare in mind that there are 5 steps at the entrance of the building before arriving to the elevator.

**Please note that right now there are some constructions in the building that will last 2 months which might affect your stay at the apartment during business hours. The inconvenience due to the works is already considered in the price and no further compensation will be offered**

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is âŹ20, and after 24/12am the fee is âŹ50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of âŹ80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
