Ces cottages originaux de Mission Beach sont situés à seulement un pâté de maisons de la bande principale de Old Mission Beach. Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants, bars et pubs à 5 minutes à pied.
La propriété est entièrement meublée avec beaucoup de draps et serviettes, Cuisine complète avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes, ustensiles, micro-ondes, cafetière, cuisinière, four, un barbecue pour chaque unité, TV à écran plat avec câble numérique et lecteur DVD, WIFI haut débit gratuit L'Internet. Une porte hollandaise avant dans chaque unité au cas où vous voudriez de l'air frais et humide. Un grand patio donnant sur l'océan avec douche pour se rincer après une séance de surf rafraîchissante ou nager. Plus beaucoup de sièges à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Beaucoup de jouets de plage et de jeux pour les enfants:
articles de construction de château de sable, frisbee, smash ball, chaises de plage, ballons de football, planches de boogie, etc.

L'aéroport et le centre-ville sont à seulement 10 minutes. La Jolla est à seulement 1,5 km, une balade à vélo facile sur la côte! Pacific Beach est à seulement 1/2 mile au nord et Ocean Beach est à environ 2 miles au sud.
L'arrêt de bus public est à un pâté de maisons de la rue principale - Mission Blvd.
Extrêmement proche de tous les restaurants, magasins, location de vélos, location de planches de surf, voile à deux, jet-skis, etc.

What a great location! We were comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The extras in the little garage were appreciated. Parking is quite tight, but all parking in this area is in general, so not a big deal. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was perfect for a family of four, two adults and two kids. The proximity to the beach, food and the pier was perfect for us. We also walked down to Belmont 2 days in a row and it was only about 20 minutes.

The is one of the original bungalow type residences. What it lacks in space it makes up for in location. Perfect for people and wave watching. It tends to be in a louder location, (right on Ocean Front) so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you. If you are renting a car make sure it is a compact one (all those houses in the area have small spaces) and parking was tight.The furniture could use an update, but being in San Diego we didn’t stay inside much. The Hosts are very responsive when messaging and the check in was extremely easy.

Perfect Getaway!!

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have stayed at this property! Perfect setting right on the beach! Location is wonderful - can easily walk to stores and restaurants! Amazing beach cottage getaway!

Cozy Cottage

Can’t bear the location of this beachfront cottage. It’s nothing fancy but if you are going to see the beautiful Pacific and enjoy the boardwalk, this is a great spot.

Great house, great location, great price! Perfect size for 2 people. More would be a little "tight". Parking spot was very small but ok as we have a small car. Right on the boardwalk, 4 steps to the sand and ocean sounds 24/7. Exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Charming and great location

The location doesn’t get any better! We had a question for the host on a Friday night and got an answer immediately. It’s small but as advertised and very charming. 20 min walk to Belmont. 2 min walk to great restaurants.

Work week bliss

I was in San Diego on business and decided that staying at the beach sounded like more fun than staying near the office. This place did not disappoint, the cottage was very comfortable and the location unbelievable. It was fantastic to open the front door and be at the beach and I loved that I could enjoy the sound of crashing waves from the living room or front patio. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for my husband

Location was perfect for my husband. He hates sand. He could sit on the couch, see the ocean, beach, people on the boardwalk and watch TV all at the same time. I would book again.

Great Small Beachfront Cottage

Great little cottage in the center of Mission Beach. Great place for a couple wanting an inexpensive getaway right on the beach. Could use an update on the sink area. The cabinets above the bathroom sink should be pulled out and put a mirror in that space. Other than that it was a great place for our Spring Break Getaway! Thanks!

Cozy Ocean Front Beach Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. It is what we expected. It is small and cozy. You can’t ask for more with it being right on the boardwalk! The parking spot is tight for a larger SUV or truck. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we were able to park it backing in (had to climb out the front passenger side). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Everything!!!

This was the perfect place right on the boardwalk and beach. You get the best of both worlds. Love the split front door where you can open the top half. We cooked our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and plenty of storage spaces. The parking was a challenge but the entire city is the same way. We became a pro by the end of our stay. I will definitely book here again.

Cozy beachfront getaway

I spent a few days here while recovering from covid and not yet able to travel home to Toronto. The place is very compact, but well-equipped, extremely clean, and beautifully located right on the ocean front (the one downside to this is a fair amount of noise from passersby). Overall, a luxurious escape from the Canadian winter!

Great location

Stayed at many places and this is another great one. Location is perfect. People watching at its best with ocean front view with the sound of ocean waves crashing. Was well stocked. Nice little cottage and would rent again.

Location was great, close to everything. Ocean view amazing! Our only suggestion would be to replace or clean the ceiling fan in the dining room, and that the fitted sheet on the bed would not stay fitted over corners of bed.
