Ce chalet original Mission Beach est situé à seulement 1 pâté de maisons de la bande principale de Old Mission Beach. Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants, bars et pubs à 5 minutes à pied.

La propriété est entièrement meublée avec beaucoup de linge et serviettes, cuisine complète avec pots, casseroles, assiettes, ustensiles, micro-ondes, cafetière, cuisinière, four, un barbecue pour chaque unité, TV écran plat avec câble numérique et lecteur DVD, WIFI haute vitesse gratuit L'Internet. Une porte néerlandaise avant dans chaque unité au cas où vous souhaiteriez de l'air chaud frais et humide. Un grand patio donnant sur l'océan avec une douche pour rincer après une séance de surf rafraîchissante ou une baignade. De nombreux sièges intérieurs et extérieurs.

Beaucoup de jouets et jeux de plage pour les enfants:
Objets de construction de château de sable, Frisbee, smash ball, chaises de plage, ballons de football, boogie etc.

L'aéroport et le centre-ville sont à seulement 10 minutes. La Jolla est à seulement 1, 5 milles de distance, une promenade facile à vélo sur la côte! Pacific Beach est à seulement 1/2 mile au nord et Ocean Beach est à environ 2 miles au sud.

L'arrêt de bus public se trouve à 1 pâté de maisons sur la rue principale - Mission Blvd.

Cute little cottage.

This was a nice place to stay. It was a cute little 1 bedroom cottage. The couch pulls out to a bed so you can sleep more. House was clean and came with all amenities. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at this property twice and both times it did not disappoint. Proximity to the beach is fantastic. Place is clean and onsite parking a huge bonus.

Great beach weekend

Loved this minimalist property that was just steps away from the beach! We walked to great restaurants and loved our time here. The place was clean and had plenty of extra blankets to stay cozy in the chilly evenings. And as a huge bonus this place has onsite parking! We hope to return soon!

Great Little Beach Cottage

Great location. Checked all the boxes for what we require. Close to the beach… you can hear the waves crashing at night. Easy to clean when time to leave! We will definitely be returning!!

Owner/operator wasn't super pleasant to deal with. Charged for mixup with laundry room key due to completely absent communication on the matter. No trash can, some missing curtains, etc.

Quick visit to see my Sailor

This property was perfect for our short trip to San Diego, plenty within walking distance for food and fun. The only negative was the shower curtain was not long enough and floor got wet after showers. This was easily fixed with the towels that were provided. We also had two vehicles so while the Peking spot was perfect, street parking was a little challenging..

3850 strand way roaches!!!

The unit seemed okay at first minus the parking was so tight that we had to get out before my husband parked and then he would barely squeeze out. Then the roaches came out. There were two huge ones in my kids room and then to top it off in the morning there was a coach on my back from the bed. It fell off in the shower. It was literally 3 inches long. The biggest roach I had ever seen in real life. I was screaming and crying and my husband came running in, he killed it. I took pictures of the roaches but there wasn’t a place to upload them. It was a beautiful location on the beach but that was the only positive I can share. Don’t recommend unless you want to leave traumatized and feeling disgusting :(

Perfect autumn week in Mission Beach!

This lovely old school cottage is one of a kind - there are only very few left in MB, so it conveys a quaint, old-time atmosphere. I found that very inviting and relaxing for a one-week vacation after a hectic conference. Plus, you do not need a car - everything (and more than you can try out ...) is in walking distance. Recommend Saltwater Coffee, Kono's, Moe's. Watching sunrise (to the bayside) and sunset there is a great experience I do not tire of enjoying. Communication with Sarina and Luke was quick and efficient; they were very helpful in any respect. I would definitely come back next time in San Diego!

Great location

Great location. The property wasn’t the cleanest, I actually couldn’t find any antibacterial anything on the property. Weird rules about tv remotes. The pull out bed shown in the listing is deceiving. It was fine for the weekend but probably wouldn’t return for that price with those amenities.

Perfect Spot

This is a lovely little cottage! Very clean! Right by the beach/board walk. Walked to some great little breakfast spots every morning. Easy to get anywhere you want. We highly recommend this spot for a small group or couple.

Amazing Location!!!

Everything about this cottage was amazing. The location was second to none. It was perfect sitting outside with my coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean. It is walking distance to great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Loved the location, it was nice and cozy. Just enough away from things to enjoy the beach and close enough to party if you wanted too. I would stay here again. It was a good vacation

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The property is a little expensive for the area but considering we had a last-minute fupa, it worked out perfectly and we're pleased.

Excellent location and view!

Steps from boardwalk and beach. We were very comfortable sleeping here and loved listening to the ocean from the house. We will definitely stay here again. Almost better than being directly facing boardwalk because it felt more private.

Still better than a hotel

We had initially rented a hotel for a week in La Jolla and found that it wasn’t the experience we were looking for. I hopped onto VRBO to see about a place on the beach and this property popped up and was in our budget. The documents were sent to me via email for signature from the property management, however they didn’t have esign available and I didn’t have access to a printer. They advised I needed to download an app or come to the office to sign. We ended up being a little early to the office and she ended up being a little late, so we waited about an hour at the office to sign the document. The property location is great with your own parking space right out front. The interior is somewhat dated and the furnishings are in need of replacement. The couch was hard and lumpy, the bed was too stiff for my liking, and the AC unit that is in the window for the summer months in the bedroom screeches so loud you cannot sleep with it on. The kitchen is efficient as far as appliances go. They’re lacking in utensils. No can opener, bottle opener, or wine cork. The eating utensils were mismatched and very old. The bathroom towels were also old and mismatched. There’s a “fee” if you don’t put the tv back to the setting you found it, along with a fee for any cigarette butts found on the property. You can’t smoke even outside the property. I found myself a little anxious looking for butts that people walking by the property may have thrown. The good: location is perfect.

Great little yellow house

This house was a great pick. Being a few rows back off of a sometimes loud boardwalk has its perks. This house is just 3 houses off the boardwalk so you are still close enough to carry all the beach stuff without driving but you arent on top of the loud boardwalk

This Beach cottage is perfect for a family of 4. The beach is about 100 yards away...

The property managers were responsive and friendly. The property it’s self is perfect! I loved sitting at the patio table, eating dinner while watching sunset. The location was exactly what we were looking for .
