Cottage pittoresque, littéralement sur la plage. Ouvrez la porte d'entrée et entrez dans le sable d'Ocean Beach. La plage est immense et ouverte devant vous.

Le chalet a Ă©tĂ© fraĂźchement peint et dĂ©corĂ©. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour passer un bon moment. Un lit QUEEN dans la chambre et DEUX canapĂ©s-lits pliants dans le salon permettent de dormir confortablement pour 4 adultes s'il y a un adulte par canapĂ©-lit. Vous pourriez peut-ĂȘtre dormir quelques enfants sur chaque canapĂ©-lit, augmentant la capacitĂ© Ă  6 en thĂ©orie. Il y a aussi un lit d'air double dans le placard pour votre usage.

Il y a une unitĂ© de climatisation montĂ©e dans la fenĂȘtre dans la chambre et un radiateur portatif au cas oĂč nos (rares) nuits Ă  50 degrĂ©s sont trop froides pour vous.

Un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pleine grandeur et une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz vous seront utiles pour toute cuisson ou refroidissement que vous souhaitez faire. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un micro-ondes et d'une cafetiĂšre. À l'extĂ©rieur de la porte de la cuisine se trouve une cour latĂ©rale de belle taille accessible uniquement Ă  votre unitĂ© dans laquelle vous pouvez faire un barbecue ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre sans ĂȘtre dans le mĂ©lange public sur le sable.

Le garage pour deux voitures est pour votre usage seul et est l'entrée principale de la propriété. Il y a un code clé sur la porte et traversez simplement le garage et la cour latérale pour entrer par la porte latérale de la cuisine OU vous pouvez passer par le sable le long de la façade du chalet pour entrer par la porte d'entrée.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le garage pour votre usage. Dans le garage, vous trouverez également des chaises de plage, une petite glaciÚre et un parasol que vous pourrez utiliser pendant votre séjour.

Il y a une douche extĂ©rieure dans la cour latĂ©rale au cas oĂč vous voudriez prendre un rinçage rapide avant de retourner Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.

Cottage is literally on the beach. Loved opening the French front door to the sunset. Gated back yard with garage. Cute small older cottage and it is comfortable. Bed and futons are comfortable
lots of blankets provided. One small bathroom in bedroom. Air conditioner worked well and fans were provided. Clean- Stove and oven and fridge work great! If you’re planning to cook, you may need a couple more pans like another fry pan, and salt and pepper, BBQ worked. Deck was cute. Three little cats would roam around outside - and note that every night there is volleyball courts that are set up right in front of the cottage over beach, so if you love watching volleyball, you’ll be in the right place! Note that the pier is closed due to damage in 2023 so you cannot walk on the pier. Great beach community-you’ll be right in the middle of the action. Newport is the main beach town road with shopping and restaurants and very casual. Also has a cute coffee shop. Very close and easy to walk to. Liquor store/convenience store right at the end of the alley. Location is great because it’s near downtown, Sea World, Coronado Island. Owner overnighted a hairdryer when needed.There are some homeless and one pitched a tent on the beach nearby, but never bothered us. There’s constant lifeguard/security on beach and the beach is a nice it was great to watch the sunset nightly. Beach is clean and has local organizations cleaning it often. Owner was easy to communicate with. Check out Sunset cliffs

Private and Peaceful

Having your own garage to park in which opens to your own private yard, porch and bungalow was perfect. The OB Surf Lodge right around the corner has fantastic food and drinks as well. We will definitely stay here again. Ocean Beach has so many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Sitting on the porch enjoying the surfers and all of the beach action was just what we needed.

Family favorite

We've stayed at this property twice now and cannot say enough about the amazing location. Having direct access to the beach is our favorite part. Ocean Beach is such a funky, unique community and although there are quite a few homeless people in the area, we do not feel unsafe bringing our family here.

Great location. One step from the beach , right out the front door. Central location to all the hot spots of San Diego , 30 minutes away from everything.. even accounting for the rough traffic at times. Private , secure parking. Great vacation for us.

Cute Little beach Cottage

A cute little place literally on the beach. Enjoyed opening the door hearing the waves. Every extra thing available to enjoy some beach time, chairs, blankets, towels, umbrellas,, cooler, toys. Owner directed us to an amazing farmers market walking distance from cottage that was amazing. Wish we had more time.

On the Beach - LITTERALY

This property is amazing - if you are looking to be "on the beach" and have private parking, and have a patio, and have a huge picture window to look out in any weather, a volleyball tournament to watch almost nightly, and world class surfing within a 1 minute walk, that along with amazing restaurants within walking distance and a market for those 'oops' I forgot the ---- also within walking distance. Would have liked to stay a MONTH... and will return for sure! This is the vacation spot for those who love the beach and the ocean air!

Incredible location right on the sand!

We were staying in San Diego for about a week as we moved our daughter into her freshman dorm. We could not have dreamed of a better place to land nor a more accommodating host during that important trip for us. This is the most adorable beach cottage. If you want to gaze at the ocean and step out of your door directly onto the sand, this is a must-stay! It is in the heart of Ocean Beach and has the amazing amenity of a private, secure garage! This proved to be invaluable since we had many trips to Bed, Bath & Beyond and Target. We could safely leave everything either in the garage or in our car without a worry. The yard between the garage and house had plenty of seating for hanging out to watch the waves, a nice propane grill and a marvelous outdoor shower...such a plus while at the beach. We enjoyed all of our meals "al fresco" on the sweet porch with cute garden lighting and truly had a front row seat to the waves crashing and fun beach activities. The kitchen had most everything we needed to be able to eat "in" but there were many great restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance to enjoy as well. The cottage's decor was right at home with the beach vibe and the front door is split so you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the sound of waves crashing right from the living room. I have a bad back and am always worried about beds while staying in STRs but I was relieved and delighted to have absolutely NO issues. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and blankets were top quality and super-luxe! We had the most splendid nights' sleep the entire stay. Our host was the perfect amount of communicative....he answered any questions immediately but allowed us our privacy entirely. The check-in and out process was easy and efficient. This is a great little beach cottage and I'm already looking at dates to book it again every time we go to visit our daughter! I can't recommend it enough.

Cozy well appointed cottage on Ocean Beach. Everything you could possibly need and more was provided. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Wednesday farmer’s market was fun! Comfortable bed and easy sleeping listening to the ocean.The only drawback was the multiple volleyball games on the beach every day at 4:00 until after sunset which obstructed our view. The air traffic early morning and in the evening was a bit distracting also. These are only minor inconveniences due to location but the beach was spectacular!

Excellent property, location, and host!

We had a wonderful time! This cottage is literally on the beach with garage/easy accessible parking. Which is HUGE on the beach. We had a nice little side yard with fire pit and BBQ that we used and had everything we needed right there onsite. Host is AMAZING! Checked in with us and gave us suggestions on event's that were happening in the area. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Mary our neighbor was fantastic too! Hopefully this property is available next year for our vacation.

Beautiful Cottage

Upon our arrival we walked up to the cottage to witness a spectacular sunset. This really set the mood for a great stay! The host was extremely helpful with everything and kept in contact throughout our stay just to check in which was very thoughtful. Everything we needed for the beach was available. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics needed for cooking. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus, I wasn't looking forward to bringing beach sand home with us. There's an outside shower off the garage that was perfect for rinsing off after beach time. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Cute little beach stores for shopping are just blocks away. I would definitely stay again!

Quaint Little Cottage

Great location! You are literally on the beach!! Great ocean views from bedroom and front room. Private backyard and plenty of amenities. Locals were friendly and neighborhood was safe. Street market on Wednesday’s is only 10 minutes walking and had great food and all kinds of items for sale. Also great entertainment!! Beaches are clean and well kept. Will definitely be back!!

Cute beach cottage!

We had a lovely few days at the cottage. Property manager (Abe) was great - lots of useful info for check-in, property logistics, things to do in the area, easily reachable. Space was nice for us as a couple - would be tight for a family, unless you're mainly using it as a jumping off point to other activities in San Diego. Expected wear and tear for a beach house/ocean front location. Dedicated parking/garage was a huge asset. Kitchen could use a bit of updating. Bed was comfortable, as were couches and cozy living area. Be mindful that this location is directly along the airport flight path, so there is quite a bit of noise, including overnight.

Great Location and Fun Small Town Community

We had a fabulous time! The garage was perfect for our small suv and our bikes. Plenty of beach toys for our grand kids when they came to visit. Side yard with BBQ and outdoor seating was such a great bonus when we hosted our family for a picnic and day at the beach. We loved exploring Ocean Beach on our bikes and met so many wonderful people. Lots of great restaurants for happy hours and easy bike ride over to Mission Beach too. Would happily stay again!
