Indipendent villa for 18 people spread over two floors. On the ground floor, through an entrance with a vaulted ceiling, there is access to a large atrium; there are also 4 double / twin rooms with private bathroom with tub. The two floors are also connected by elevator. On the first floor there are 5 double / twin rooms with 3 bathrooms, a large living room with access to the terrace overlooking the historic garden, the dining room, a large kitchen and finally the laundry / ironing room.

Price per night. The price includes utilities, A/C and heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, change of linen and cleaning every 3 days, continental breakfast and 2 people of the staff available 8 hours per day.
Cautionary Deposit: 10% of the total ammount of the booking.
A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Payment method: account 30% of the total amount at the confirmation. Balance 60 days before the arrival.
