The Best Family Trip Weâve Ever Had â A Villa Stay to Remember
We just got back from the most amazing trip to a villa in Italy with our big family of 25, and we can honestly say it was the best vacation stay weâve ever had.The villa was absolutely beautiful. It had plenty of space for everyone, but still felt cozy and warm. The views were absolutely incredible â rolling hills, peaceful sunsets, and the kind of scenery that makes you stop and just take it all in. There were lots of places to relax, play, and hang out together, whether it was by the pool, on the patio, or inside the house.Having our private chef, Nico, was a total game-changer. Every meal was delicious â fresh, full of flavor, and made with love. We looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It felt like eating at a restaurant, but better because it was just for us. Chef Nico was so kind and even made special dishes for the kids or anyone with food allergies. He was always willing to accommodate our last minute changes. We were spoiled! The family who runs the villa was amazing. They were so welcoming and helpful from the second we arrived. You could tell they really cared that we were having a great time. We felt like we were visiting family. We were in Italy for 10 days and visited over 6 cities, but this was hands down our most favorite stay. We will never forget about this villa and the hospitality of chef Nico and his family. Thank you for everything!!
We stayed here for two unforgettable nights in June with a crew of 18. Yes, 18 humans. And somehow, this villa handled it like a champ. The location? Stunningly remote. The kind of place where you wake up to quiet hills, not honking carsâbut also where Uber drivers get commitment issues and cancel on you like a bad Tinder date. Pro tip: arrange transportation in advance through the propertyâs NCC contact or the Transfeero app. Trust us, future you will be grateful. The pool? An absolute hit. Sparkling clean, cool, and just begging for cannonballs and floaty selfies. But the real star? The view from the back patio. Weâre talking jaw-dropping, post-worthy scenery that turned into an impromptu group photoshoot. Multiple times.Linda, the property manager, is the MVP. Responsive, friendly, and full of solid recsâwe followed all of them, especially the food catering, and every single person in our group was very happy (and full). This is the kind of place that turns a group trip into core memories. Just come prepared, come hungry, and donât forget your camera.
I had my bachelorette party here and it was a blast!! Such a gorgeous place and Chiara put on an amazing cooking class. Nico and Linda were very responsive. It is about a 40 min drive to Florence which was our only complaint but the house is amazing.
The Property was everything advertised and better,
totally amazing in every aspect. Great service, great location, great pool, all the rooms had AC and full bathrooms its a really nice experience. Nico and Linda are amazing. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
This villa was some how even more beautiful then the photos make it look. Its sprawling grounds are full of lush trees with ripe fruit and blooming flowers. The whole place smells of the jasmine vines that grow through the gardens. Its surronded by peaceful and quiet olive groves and vinyards. The bedrooms are all lovley and private. Every room even has AC, which was un expected. The pool is clean and clear and warms up very nicely in the summer. This may be the most lovely place I've ever visited and I hope to return someday. There's a near by train that gets you to Florence in 20 mins and the surrounding countryside makes for incredible sight-sighing if you prefer to drive. The hosts were responsive. This villa is a perfect place for a big group celevrating a special occasion.
We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Pontassieve. We were are group of 35 people that rented the entire house for a long weekend in order to celebrate a 30th birthday. The check-in was easy. Linda showed us the house and all the different rooms, introduced us to the chef (that we had booked additionally) and the owner of the house. Everything was completely easy and stress-free. The houses and the pool and the garden were stunning and we enjoyed every minute of it. The only thing that could have been improved is that the rooms were rather cold, so it was quite freezing during the night and that twice over the weekend the water /shower/toilet) in the two smaller houses did not work, but luckily Linda took care of it and sent someone to repair it right away. Great stay and definitely recommended.
