Our semi-detached house offers a modern and spacious open-plan living experience that is perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

The downstairs area boasts a generous, inviting space with a bright and contemporary kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar with four stylish stools. It’s fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, ensuring you can whip up meals with ease. Large patio doors lead to a lovely enclosed garden—ideal for enjoying sunny summer days. Across from the kitchen, you’ll find a charming dining area with a table and four chairs, perfect for hosting friends and family. Plus, there’s a comfortable sofa bed for added convenience. Please note, however, that there are no blinds or curtains, so be prepared for natural light to fill the space if someone decides to sleep here. This house is truly a wonderful place to call home!

Two of these comfortable spaces, including a cosy small double and an inviting king-size bedroom, offer delightful views of the front of the house. Meanwhile, a single bedroom at the back provides an overlook of the lush garden.

This floor also boasts a modern family bathroom, complete with a relaxing bath, shower attachment, sink, and toilet for your convenience.

For added ease, a handy downstairs toilet and sink is located right by the front door, perfect for guests and daily living. Experience the perfect blend of functionality and comfort in this exceptional home!

Upon your arrival we provide a thoughtfully curated welcome pack for our guests. This pack includes an array of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, and more. Additionally, you’ll find a selection of indulgent goodies including chocolates and sweets to make your stay extra special.
We also provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and there is hand wash available at each sink.

Experience the convenience of our complimentary offerings, including a travel cot (just bring your own linen) and high chair, as well as baby packs for 0-2 year olds and toddler packs for 2-4 year olds. To ensure availability, please request these items in advance, for short stays only. Kindly leave all items in the property at the end of your stay, and rest assured that they will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised for the next guest.

The city walls walk which encircle the Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city.

Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can either walk, bike or take a boat trip through to Chichester Marina.

Pallant Gallery is also a lovely place to visit and is located only a few feet away from the house!

Chichester’s City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, cinema, bowling, arcade games and laser quest.

Chichester train station offers connections to London Victoria in just 90 minutes, and once you arrive, there are plenty of places to explore on local bus routes.

The house is located in a residential area, just a 5 minute walk South of Chichester town centre. There is free on street parking outside the property.
