Perfect for beach & nature reserve walks all year round
Lovely one bedroom studio accommodation which is an annexe to Old Sefter School. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach and nature reserve with several pubs and takeaway options. The Studio comprises of 1 bedroom with a king size bed, en suite shower room and a living/dining room with TV plus its own kitchenette. It is a short drive to the beautiful & historic walled city of Chichester. Please note this accommodation is available for up to 2 adult guests only - sorry we do not allow children or pets.
Lovely studio space and comfortable bed. Would recommend this place if you are looking to stay near Chichester, as is a 10 min drive to the city center.
This property is nicely located for all the tourist sites around Bognor and Portsmouth. It's a nicely private and quiet location where it was easy to relax between our excursions.
Great space for 2 people. Comfortable, very private, everything provided, including a little snack welcome basket and bottle of fizz! Much appreciated.Very clean. Great bathroom. Communication with Carole was easy, as was check in. Easy to find and a great parking space, private and off-road.Thank you for another lovely stay.
Beautiful accommodation ,lovely and modern perfectly located , everywhere we visited took no more than 15 minutes absolutely wonderful for us compared to our home location
Thank you for a moment of peace in our busy life
Lovely place to stay for a couple nights. Everything you needed - plus a few nice surprises - Prosecco, snacks, milk and eggs from the resident bantam hens.
We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend
Old Sefter Studio was a lovely place to stay for our weekend in the area. It was quiet and comfortable. I have no negative comments and would be happy to stay there again
A great place to stay for 2 adults, very very clean, nice surprise eggs in the fridge, everything you need a small outside patio with table and chairs, very private,
Great location you do have to drive everywhere as the house is on a busy road but only a short drive park up then walk to so many locations.
We would highly recommend staying here.
We choose this location because it was close to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Carol and her family were so friendly and helpful, since it was our first time to the UK. If I ever have the chance to go back we will definitely be staying at this property again.
This accommodation had everything we needed and more. The cleanliness was beyond excellent.
Couldnât recommend highly enough.. We would definitely return if we get the chance.
The hosts made us so welcome and all the comforts we needed were there plus lots of little extras.
Modern and clean accommodation. Perfect for what we needed. We really appreciated the welcome touches left for us to enjoy. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us :)
I stayed on my own in the property and was perfect place for me to visit my elderly father in Aldwick. It has a small sunny patio to enjoy breakfast. Internet, TV, hot shower, comfortable bed, lovely welcome pack, I needn't have bought milk, essentials there for a few days.
A bright, modern well equipped apartment. Excellent, friendly support provided by the owners as needed in general conversation. A very convenient location.
We moved to Old Sefter School in October 2020 to be closer to the sea where we enjoy walking, swimming & kayaking. It is a lovely friendly location - the beach and nature reserve are a short 5 minute drive away. The house is the old village school and therefore is known to many in the area - it was renovated and extended to include the studio approximately 12 years ago
We love the fact that the beach is one of the quietest in the area - it is a beautiful beach and apparently you can see the occasional seal swimming although we have yet to experience this pleasure. The nature reserve also provides lovely walks and is popular for bird watching. Pagham is located close to the South Downs providing access to Chichester, Goodwood Estate, Tinwood Vineyard and the South Downs
