Villa Vista with a private pool has an excellent location just above the unspoiled Cala San Vicente offering panoramic views across the bays, to the sea and mountains. This white-washed villa is set across one floor and sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a double, a twin, a single room with bunks-beds and 2 shared bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk-in pantry and the L-shaped lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns and has a feature wood-burner fireplace and large picture windows, perfectly framing the views. From the dining area, glass doors open out to a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for outside dining. A few steps down lead to an inviting kidney-shaped swimming pool with loungers, an idyllic spot for relaxing in the sun. A little further round from here is the first terrace look-out point where you can enjoy uninterrupted, full 180º views of the mountains as they end and the sea begins. To the other side of the property is another look-out terrace this time with bench seating and views out to sea, a place to daydream as you watch the small sailing boats pass by. Villa Vista is an ideal haven for families/friends who are seeking a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful unspoiled scenery which can be enjoyed both day and night!

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
