St Leonards Lookout is a fabulously-located one bedroom holiday apartment set on Warrior Square in Saint Leonards-on-Sea.
It boasts captivating sea views from the lounge and kitchen, and your front door is just a few moments from the beach.
Fast becoming the region's creative quarter, St Leonards has a great mix of independent cafes, bars, boutiques and even a cinema with an oyster bar. You're only a few minutes walk to the train station, so you're well placed for travelling the wider region.
Set on the third floor (so lots of stairs!), this lovely one bedroom flat is great for couples wanting to enjoy a seaside break in the eclectic St Leonards area.
Compact yet comfortable, the apartment has a double bedroom set at the rear, with the lounge and kitchen located at the front to make the most of the views.
The kitchen is well equipped for two, with a small fridge-freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. However, you're moments from some of the best eateries of the area, so there is no need to cook if you don't feel like it!
The lounge has a comfy, L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV - if you can tear your eyes away from the view - and the bathroom has a bath with shower over.
WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels).
The flat has a Friday changeover in peak season but flexible arrival days may be possible last minute or out of season.
