St Leonards on Sea has fast become known for its arty vibe and is a great destination for people looking for weekend by the seaside. with many local galleries, boutique shops and an array of cafes and restaurants there is plenty to do right on your doorstep.

The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe.
The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time.
I was really impressed with the property manager after I accidentally snapped the key off in the lock to the apartment at 8pm. They answered the phone and had someone round to fix it and give me a new key within 20 minutes of me calling.
Iâd recommend this apartment to any families or group of friends who want to be right in the centre of it all in St Leonardâs

The flat is in fairly good condition overall. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen and bathrooms are in good working order. However, there is noticeable wear and tear throughout, including scuff marks on most walls and stains on the couch and carpets. With a bit of TLC from the management company, I have no doubt it could look as good as new.That said, I don't think the images included in the listing fully reflect the flat's actual location or views. In reality, the area isn't the nicestâthere was a lot of garbage and litter around, and it felt quite unsafe at night. The location might be suitable for a hen or stag do, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.I've uploaded additional photos (taken from within the flat) to give future visitors a clearer sense of what to expect.
