This is our second stay at this villa. Itâs lovely, has everything you need. Stunning views to wake upTo and the new addition of the heated pool was great. We look forward to returning again Soon
We had a lovely stay in this very private and peaceful property. Just what we needed for a very relaxing holiday. The house has everything a family needs - lots of space, walking distance to the village, and a very private and spacious pool.
I have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone wanting a peaceful spot for a family holiday.
Jaqueline (the owner) and Justine (the manager) were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The house has everything you need and plenty of room. The town is very small but has two good restaurants, and the house is a great location for visiting Cannes, Nice, the coast and Lake Cassien (which is beautiful and a great place for the children; pedalos, kayaking and bouncy water park).
Thanks so much for hosting my three daughters and myself for 1 week at CĂŽte dâAzur. Weâve been around Saint Tropez since many years and this villa is an awesome place to relax. The house is beautiful and Jacqueline and Janine are awesome hosts.
Weâd been very much looking forward for auf next stay.

One of the loveliest and best equipped villaâs weâve ever stayed in. The pool was just fantastic, Jacqueline (the owner) had left us some great inflatables which we and the kids loved, especially the pool volleyball inflatable. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted and the supply of spices etc was so helpful. Bedrooms were cool and comfortable (we hardly really used the aircon at night, but it was there if needed)
The town of Ardret was great, couple of good restaurants, super boulangerie and a small supermarket which was well stocked for day to day stuff. Big supermarkets were only about a 20 minute drive away. It was a five minute walk to Ardret from the Villa.
In terms of location the Villa was ideally placed, Cannes was a short drive one way and Frejus the other. Each one was down the mountain road but this road wasnât particularly scary either as driver or passenger. We went to Agay quite a few times, lovely cove with great water sports and snorkelling, get there early though, parking is high in demand. Cannes is always fun, we got the train from there over to Monaco for the day which was great. Worth parking up near the station, itâs only a five minute walk down to the beach.
Finally big thanks to Janine for looking after us in Ardrets, we didnât need much help Iâm pleased to say but Janine made it clear that we shouldnât hesitate to contact her if we needed to.
All in all we loved the Villa, canât recommend it highly enough.
We had a magnificant stay at the house. It was clean and we had everything we needed. It was well equiped (towels, kitchen utility, toys etc). The pool was lovely and not easily accesible for the young kids as it was fenced. The house was cosy furnished. The host was very helpful and approchable. Near Cannes, Grasse and Nice, Lac de Saint Casien and beautiful beaches.
We had chosen Villa Nest as a base for doing some day trips around Cannes. For better or worse we only did one day trip. This was because we enjoyed the house so much we pretty much hung out there. The village has a nice bakery, a couple of restaurants, a pharmacy, wine shop and small grocery within walking distance from the house. Although we went to the large grocery in Montileau a few times one could get by with the grocery in Les Adrets. The house is great for two couples and children . We had 3 in our party so the bedroom situation was ideal. The house is a good value for the money and we very much enjoyed our two week stay. Everyone was very friendly. We also enjoyed the little market days on Wed and Sunday. We would stay at this property again.

We loved staying in Villa Le nest. Everything went perfectly. Jacqueline, the owner, responded very quickly and was friendly giving us lots of handy local information. The property manager, Janine, was also really pleasant and helpful. The villa is spacious and yet has a comfortable home-like feel. Even though we dared to holiday in February we managed breakfast and several lunches on the balcony bathed in glorious sunshine. There are loads of opportunities for scenic walks starting from the village and going over the spectacularly beautiful Esterel mountains. My husband loved the good roads for cycling and went for a 80K ride each morning down from les Adrets and along the coast, delighting at the soul-reviving views, the good weather and the number of fellow cyclists around. Of course the hard bit was cycling back up! His efforts were rewarded with wonderful croissants and more from the boulangerie. Out of season ( it was February) the village shops were closed Sunday afternoon and Monday. This was no issue as Janine had warned us about Sunday and on Monday we explored the immense geant casino only 15mins away in Mandelieu which has the most incredible expanse of delicate cakes and pastries I have ever seen. How do French people manage to stay slim? Maybe it's the amazing walks and the cycling!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this unusual holiday villa at Les Adrets, a charming small village with very friendly locals. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay, beautiful pool, spacious accommodation. We were welcomed Janine, even though we were much later than anticipated. We would definitely book this holiday villa again.
We had a brilliant holiday at Villa Le Nest, Jacqueline and Janine were extremely helpful and efficient. The villa's location was perfect and the people of Les Adrets charming. The restaurants in the village were ideal and the boulangerie provided our morning croissants without fail. The villa was a perfect size with plenty of sun and shade and the pool was fabulous. The views were gorgeous. Les Adrets is quiet but perfectly situated for the glamour of Cannes etc. It was also much appreciated that when we arrived provisions had been left which helped tide us over until we could get to the supermarket. All in all it was a great holiday in a brilliant location.
The house was very spacious, comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped. The various terraces were beautiful, and the many steps leading down to the lovely pool gave a great view over the valley and surrounding hills. We found the various services available in the lovely village of Les Adrets very useful and the many places to visit varied and interesting. We all found the owner and 'caretaker' of the house extremely accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Villa le Nest.
In respect of this wonderful holiday rental, clearly, all the previous comments that have gone before, have said it all.
Moreover, the fact that this particular Villa, has gained a 5 star rating, from all who have taken the time to write a review, says all that you need to know about this wonderful property and the surrounding area.
So I will keep it very simple and just say ...
There comes a time in every family's holidaying life, that you hope to find that one golden nugget of a holiday destination, that one perfect holiday experience and that one all providing holiday rental.
Well, take a deep breath, because when you stay at 'Villa le Nest', you will find all three!
The spaciousness of the villa together with its surounding tranquillity, beautiful views and excellent pool, make this a truly wonderful holiday retreat.
Add to this the magical ambience of Les Adrets, the Esterel and that special magic that can only be found on the Cote d' Azure and you know that you have found - a true 'hidden gem'.
Moreover, that's without even mentioning the warmth of the sun and Mediterrean sea, the food, the wine the the multitudinous markets and other places of art and interest that you can visit, as you seek to quench your thirst for that one special holiday memory that will last a lifetime.... I'll say more!
So I will finish this review by just saying ... you won't find many locations like this one. - It will deliver all that it promises and more !

We (2 x 70 years) has been in the villa in week 36/2013 and are extremely pleased with the stay.
Right from the first contact was good and constructive dialogue as well as many useful additional information about the area, opportunities, etc.
Upon arrival everything was in the finest order and there was time for relaxation and presence. A minor problem with the dishwasher which repairman had not satisfactorily resolved the week before, was resolved consistent and firm.
Since there was an option to extend the stay was quickly accepted by the landlord, to our great satisfaction and joy.
Based on our experiences, we strongly recommend the villa and will gladly return for further stay.
I'm Jacqueline and I live in the heart of bonny Edinburgh. I love Scotland but Les Adrets is home to me whenever I get the chance to go there. 25 years ago I discovered the villa and fell in love with the beautiful views and the provencal comfort of this traditional French home. I loved looking out of any window in any season to see stunning views. Since then I have renovated and modernised whilst retaining the character of the property. Air conditioning and a pool heater have been the icing on the cake. My wish is that guests will love it as much as I do.
We found Les Adrets by chance, driving away from Cannes to explore the foothills. As we approached the village, the locals were playing boules and the terrace of Le Relaise restaurant was full with diners enjoying lunch and drinks. The bakery windows were open and people were leaving with armfuls of baguettes. It felt so French and so relaxed. When we discovered the villa for sale we were so excited. On walking through the doors for the first time I knew this was the one. The views from every room were and still are breathtaking. We have had 25 happy years in this beautiful, friendly, village and its surrounds. We are part of the community and long may it last. One last thing, I have learnt to speak French and have been inspired to become a painter. Both I have achieved due to my love of The South of France and in particular The Var.
The views are stunning. Secluded heated private pool. Tranquil relaxing setting in the heart of nature yet everything you need within 5 minutes walk to the village. Safe environment for families. Romantic destination for couples. Fantastic for walkers or cyclists. Supermarket, restaurants, award winning bakery, delicatessen, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, library, twice weekly market. A car is recommended but some guests have used Uber to get to the train station at Mandelieu where you can easily travel to many destinations such as Monaco, Nice, Italy. The journeys are stunning along the coastline.
