With everything you need within easy walking distance. The area is surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and just a few minutes from the centre of Puerto Banús, its fantastic beaches and magnificent promenade.

The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room integrated in a spacious lounge and a cosy area for reading and watching TV. The lounge and the master bedroom are connected to an outdoor terrace. This fantastic open-air terrace allows you to enjoy the relaxing living room and, of course, the use of an authentic summer barbecue.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed (180cm x 200cm). In the same room, there is a built-in wardrobe and a safe with a digital lock. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has three single beds, two of which are configured as a bunk bed. This second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

All the mattresses have a minimum height of 26cm and you will find different types of pillows with hypoallergenic fibres.
