Belle 900 pieds carrés, 1 chambre, 1. 5 salles de bains, récemment rénové.
Le salon a un plafond en pente de 8 'à 11' de haut, le mur de fenêtres avec le soleil de l'après-midi coule à flot. Il y a une vue sur la baie depuis le salon et les fenêtres de la cuisine. Grande table à manger peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes.
Master suite a un lit queen size, planchers d'origine, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne.
Un grand lit queen size AeroBed disponible dans le salon idéal pour les invités supplémentaires ou les enfants.
Pont avant de 40 'de long avec siège et barbecue à gaz pour les repas d'été.
La cuisine a un four électrique avec une plaque de cuisson à gaz.
Planchers de chêne récupérés de l'ancienne école. Des murs d'escalier faits de bois vieux de plus de 150 ans de l'église St Mary's, de l'autre côté de la rue, un escalier sur mesure avec de vieilles poutres de navires. (Notez que l'appartement est l'unité à l'étage. Les escaliers sont fermés à la base.)

Fabulous Stay

We couldn't have been happier to stay in this beautiful apartment for three nights. It was super comfortable with all you could possibly need. The decor is stunning with lots of natural light provided by beautiful windows and French doors to the deck. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck amongst the flowers and plants in the early am and late afternoons to enjoy the solitude and the distant water view with boats in the bay. Would love to stay there again for longer! The owner is a good communicator as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

This is the nicest condo I have stayed at in Provincetown. Wonderful design and warm feeling with lots of sunlight. Great water view from the deck. Dave is an excellent host!

Idyllic, roomy, conveniently located

This would be one of the top notch properties in my history of renting vacation homes. Beautifully, and thoughtfully, decorated with pieces that represent the area and it's artful influence. Kitchen was well equipped as well as the rest of the apartment. I preferred staying a little east of town for privacy and quiet. It was a short walk to Angel Foods, but we found that East End Market on the corner of Bradford and Howland to be a better fit for us. Great job, Dave.

Gorgeous apartment steps from the beach

We rented Dave's apartment for a week, and had a fantastic time. The apartment is exactly as described, full of charm and character and with loads of artistical elements. We appreciated the enhanced Covid-19 cleaning protocol! The apartment was close to everything, but in a quiet part of commercial street. Dave was a very welcoming and friendly host. We would love to come back!

Excellently designed apartment

We had a wonderful stay, in a beautifully designed and well appointed apartment, located near the art galleries, a small boutique grocery store, and walking or biking distance to everything in Ptown. The comfortable bed was wonderful. The living room was great to lounge in throughout the day to catch the sun rise and sunset and catch glimpses of the ocean from the deck.

Great place, location and very clean

We had a great 3 day stay in late Sept early Oct. We couldn't ask for a better place. Very clean, close to town but not too close, and within walking distance to corner markets and restaurants. If you have an appreciation for design and architecture you will love this place. Dave has done a great job designing it from his choices of windows/doors, landscaping, lightings, etc. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh and clean. Dave was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Quiet Oasis in Provincetown

Dave’s place is even better in reality than the pictures could ever suggest. Walking into the apartment , you are struck by its cleanliness, style, and the quiet calm of the place. The latter hits you after walking back from the busier section of town. The kitchen is wonderful, and fun to use. The apartment is very co comfotable with many areas to sit and enjoy including great deck with a grill. Having 1 1/2 baths makes it easy for two people to stay there, and both have been beautifully remodeled.. Then add the fact that Dave is always easily accessible, and a great host. When you consider every aspect of this property,, I think you will agree that you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in Provincetown. We will definitely come back, Dave!,

Peaceful calming stay

Absolutely amazing property. Situated on the east side of ptown and it’s located within a walking distance from almost everything. Everything about the property was gorgeous, from the landscaping to the area, to the details inside the house. The kitchen is a dream with a retro fridge and oven. The windows are plenty and modern, along with modern lights. And then the deck outside is peaceful with flowers and some people watching. Dave is very open with communication and has a list of everything you need to know. I’m definitely coming back!

It’s better than you think or expect!

This was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed at through a property rental. The reviews were 100% accurate and the rental is bright, tastefully decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed having an ocean view to drink our morning coffee (provided for us). The bed was super comfy and having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. It was quiet but yet a short walk to all the action. There is off street parking but it was very easy to find a place to park and we found that we did not need our car during our stay. We rented bikes and toured around P-Town which I would recommend. We biked down to the jetty and walked it which was 2.5 miles round trip. The streets are thin so you need to drive slowly with all the bikers and the people sharing the road. I would highly suggest the piano bar Tin which was a blast. Some really nice restaurants or stay home to eat. As far as our host Dave.....you won’t meet a nicer guy! Super helpful and attentive to our needs. I never got the feeling we were bothering him. I would give Dave 10 stars if I could. You can not go wrong with renting this place. Dave built the place and decorated it with the highest quality items. Definitely want to return and stay again! Thank you Dave for being a great host!

Stylish and comfortable

Loved this place! Wonderfully decorated in a minimal, laid back style with lots of great touches. Comfortable bed and furniture, and a sweet deck with a small bay view. It's close enough to downtown to be walkable to stores, restaurants and farmers' market, but on the quiet side of town in a pretty neighborhood. A small market is right across the street for essentials. Dave was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return!

Fabulous place to stay!!!

I was taken aback when I walked in because this was a surprise birthday vacation. My wife found this and had lots of communication with Dave. She set the whole thing up. It is bright and airy, simple and classic. Comfortable with everything you need to have a great stay in P-town.

Picture perfect

This is the perfect getaway! The condo is gorgeously decorated with all the amenities of home. The retro kitchen is adorable and totally functional. The location is just steps from markets, restaurants, galleries, and shops. My husband and I had a a blast!

Bright, Open, Great Deck,Stroll to Town

We found Baker House to be a perfect place to relax, sleep, snack and leave. Everything is nearby so you may choose to be car-free. A total luxury for us. Baker House is bright and clean. The bed is uber comfortable, the master bedroom suite is a generous size, as is the half bath. The kitchen is beautiful, large and well planned. It is large enough to pack a beach bag lunch and make breakfast at the same time. Our host Dave was friendly, responsive and available to answer any questions. Stay here and have a ball. When I first saw this house, I wanted to hug it. It has such charm and a warm vibe. Originally it was a two bedroom apartment with no heat over old garages and a family antique shop.
