Appartement élégant pour 2 personnes situé dans l'une des principales rues commerçantes de Malaga, dans le centre historique, à côté de l'église de San Juan.

Équipé de hauts plafonds, d'une décoration élégante et de portes-fenêtres typiques qui mènent aux balcons avec une petite table et chaises, d'où vous pouvez voir l'une des rues les plus traditionnelles de Malaga et la célèbre église de San Juan Bautista, un temple du XVe siècle. Vous ne pouviez pas demander un meilleur emplacement !

La pièce principale dispose d'un lit double confortable, d'une armoire, d'une télévision et d'une chaise.

Une salle de bain moderne avec douche est située juste à côté de ladite chambre.

Perfect

The place was just as described and is it looks in the photos. Check in was flexible and easy. The hosting team were all friendly and resposive. The location was very central and there is lots to do around.

great location

The flat was lovely - great location. It was a busy area, but very quiet in the bedroom. Everything we wanted to see was accessible by foot. The flat and entrance were smart and well maintained. The flat had all the facilities we needed. Although it had a washing machine and 2 coffee makers, there was no detergent or coffee pods - all machines are different, and we couldn't source the right kind, so just had coffee in cafes. This was slightly disappointing, but overall a great flat.

The most spaceous living I have ever enjoyed! There were no bath soap, shampoo, toiletries, etc. The major drawback about the property is parking. There is no on-site parking lot and you can not drive your car to the property either.

A great stay in a great city

Beautiful apartment amazing location clean and modern in a beautiful building can be noisy as you are literally in the thick of the action but only added to the atmosphere .... literally a few minutes from Thyssen museum , food market etc communication with management company brilliant and they allowed us to drop our bags off prior to check in .. small patio outside where one can have breakfast ....all in all a great stay in a great city at such a fantastic time of the year

Perfect in every way

We cannot say enough about how perfect this apartment was for our stay in Málaga. After 31 hours of flight delays, lost baggage and a lost rental car, Carlos from Solaga went out of his way and met us at 1am when we finally arrived. Even though it was so late he took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance from absolutely everything you’d want to see. Coffee, amazing food and markets within steps out the door but it’s a few blocks away from the main square so it is super quiet at night. When we finally got a rental car, the parking that Carlos arranged for us was incredibly convenient and safe. The apartment was clean, outfitted with everything we needed and Carlos and the Solaga team were available whenever we needed anything. They accommodated our preferred checkout time. Seriously, stay here. We won’t hesitate to stay again!! Muchas Gracias Carlos y Solaga!

What can I say, yet again Solaga came up trumps with this lovely apartment. Central to everything and has everything you could need supplied. Their attention to detail in their apartments is what sets them apart. Very professional, efficient, friendly service, particularly like the meet and greet on arrival and departure. Always super helpful with any requests and a cut above the rest. Wouldn't book with anyone else. Nothing, you have got it just right :)

Stunning Apartment

Exceptionally clean, well equipped, spacious apartment located right in the centre of old Malaga. Good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, together with local supermarket for milk, bread etc. Do visit the huge Market for fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish, it won’t disappoint. Easy access to buses, taxis and beach. Good silent air conditioning. Bedroom located at back so didn’t hear any noise at night. Good water pressure and easy to operate shower. Bathroom window opens onto patio area off bedroom which is open to the sky but without any view. However we did love sitting at the small bistro table on the balcony enjoying a glass or two and watching the people walk by beneath. Very easy communication with management company who met us upon arrival at apartment and collected the keys when we left. They also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport which cost €35 which dropped us just round the corner as apartment is in the pedestrian area. The apartment did have soap, washing up liquid and cloths whilst we were there but not sure whether they had been left by previous guests. I would just mention we found the bed to be very firm and the wi fi could drop out for a couple of minutes which was annoying but would we stay there again, YES most definitely we had a great time.

Everything was great

Nice little property in the city center. Great balcony with a bistro table amlnd a couple chairs. Didnt spend a whole lot of time in the apartment besides sleeping. Was exactly what i thought i was getting. The washer took some getting used to. I could never find the dryer functions (ikea combo) but the dryer rack worked fine.

Traumhafte Wohnung

Eine traumhafte Wohnung, in zentralster Lage und alles fußläufig. Von der Buchung über den Empfang/Check-in bis zum Check-out lief alles absolut reibungslos, professionell und freundlich. Die Wohnung an sich war ein Traum: sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die schönste Ferienwohnung die wir je gehabt haben!!!

Very nice 4 day stay at Albeniz (LOVED Malaga!)

The apartment, in a very old building, was sparkling clean and seemed freshly remodeled, as of our stay in Feb. 2023. It was spacious, with a nice separation of rooms, with internal French doors that could be closed to shut off the street sounds at night. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the street go by, although in February it was a bit chilly most evenings. Everything worked well, and we especially appreciated the washer, since we had just been on a week-long tour with no laundry facilities. No dryer, but the drying rack was very easy to use, even inside. We would have appreciated just a few laundry pods - more about supplies later. The staff was very helpful, spoke excellent English, and arranged our trip to the airport with a private driver, who was very good. All in all, we enjoyed our experience with Solaga very much! As I mentioned before about laundry pods, while the kitchen seemed well equipped, it had minimal cooking supplies - basically only salt & pepper - although that may have been because of the newness of the rental. Usually, former guests have left the basics, olive oil, vinegar, etc. However, we were not cooking on this visit, so didn’t really matter. For a medium-length visit, it could be irritating to go out and buy full size versions of the basics you need. I have noticed some groceries in tourist areas have smaller versions of the basics. As you can see, none of these complaints are deal-breakers, but are more hints to the staff. Who are, as I’ve said, very good, and made us feel that any really difficult issues would be taken care of for us. A very reassuring feeling, indeed.

Stylish apartment in the heart of the historic quarter.

The second floor apartment has been really well renovated and furnished by Ikea. Everything works well and is in good condition. The shower could be a bit hotter and the heating gets too hot in the bedroom but not warm enough in the lounge. There is an extractor outside the bedroom that comes on and off during the night. The 2 small balconies are great for having a drink on and people watching. All in all I would give the apartment 5 stars. It is in a great location, well equipped and furnished. The agents Solaga were very professional and friendly.

Top Quality Accommodation

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever had. Clean and modern but with just the right amount of old character, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the city center was very convenient and within minutes walk to Larios, the Cathedral and the marina. Yet, at least in December, it was ever so slightly off the beaten track to offer an authentic experience. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and the Central Market and a Carrefour Express are very close by.
