LIVING ROOM
Light and spacious courtesy of glass doors that open out onto an enchanting balcony, relax amid refined views across the majestic Rue de Rome. Fresh white interiors, genteel parquet floors and a decadent chandelier light bring a note of Parisian elegance, whilst a large corner sofa, soothing house plants and wall-mounted guitars encourage a convivial atmosphere in which to unwind.
KITCHEN
Playful geometric flooring and vibrant amber units infuse the charming modern kitchen with warmth. Compact but well equipped, the space has all the amenities you will need for your stay, notably a coffee machine, dishwasher and a small dining table.
BEDROOMS
Bathed in light and effortlessly composed with pale pistachio accents and polished parquet floors, the principal suite is an inviting and serene space, complete with a desk and chair. Lustrous in lime, the adjoining en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Overlooking the Haussmannian architecture of the street below, the reposeful second bedroom may act as an extra reception space by day, featuring a sofa that converts into a double bed. Soulful in shades of sky blue and sunshine yellow, the third bedroom is ideal for young children, presenting twin bunk beds, a play area and desk.
BATHROOM
Adorned with pattern tiling and a palette of midnight blue, the main bathroom offers a bathtub and wash basin, and plays host to a washing machine and dryer. There are also two toilets in the apartment.
