This stunning penthouse is located on the fourth floor with elevator of an elegant building in the center of Rome. Thanks to its exceptional location, it enjoys a breathtaking view of the Sacred Area of ​​Largo Argentina, the excavation dating back to the Republican age of ancient Rome. From the terrace you can enjoy this unique panorama during dinner or an aperitif at home. The apartment comprises a large living room with a sofa bed for two, three comfortable double bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with two single beds), two bathrooms and a modern and equipped kitchen with dining corner. The apartment has just been renovated with great attention to details and is equipped with all comforts (AC, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV etc.). Convenient stores, bar, restaurants and other amenities are just down the road as well as bus stops and transportation links

The property is very conveniently located, with a lot of the main attractions within an easy walk and a wide choice of places to eat, to suit all budgets. We were met on arrival and shown how to access the property and use the lift. It was spotlessly clean and as described. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the poorly equipped kitchen. Only one powerpoint at worktop level. Which had to serve, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and coffee machine.

Wow, I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever stayed at! It is spacious, well appointed (with the exception of kitchen utensils - no spatula and coffee pot), and the location is amazing. We walked to all the popular attractions - the Trevi fountain, Vatican and Colosseum. It's close to many restaurants and a Carrefour express. And it has a lift for suitcases!!

Apartment was in an excellent location, the host was very helpful and communicative. The furniture in the family room could use replacing, a but stained and old and some attention to dusting light fixtures and some higher areas could be better, but we came at a time when there was a worker strike so it was difficult for the cleaners to get to and from places due to things beyond their control. The location is perfect, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Wonderful property in the heart of Rome. I would be happy to stay here again over and over. One negative was the lack of TVs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful. Located on the same block as shopping, food and a small market.

Excellent location and outdoor space was great to have. Indoor space amount was great fior 6 adults Grocery store was right across the street. Coffee maker was not easy to use. I wish they could have given us more than 2 keys as we had 3 couples staying. Keys presented us with logistical issues. Beds could have been better. Again the location was amazing.

Excellent Location to All Things in Rome!!!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. The location is excellent and easy to walk to everything! We only had to take a taxi to the Vatican, otherwise everything was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, markets, and tons of restaurants!

Perfect location, good space

Overall, we enjoyed this place. It had enough room for the family with a beautiful view! We would stay here again. The only thing we would change are the showers. The one bathroom barely had light and the other one was so small and crammed it was hard to use. We appreciated that there was a washer/dryer and enough beds.

Great Place

This place was great. The location was amazing. And talking with locals, it is so rare to find a place with a patio. It is spacious and easy to use. Lots of stairs, but the tiny elevator was really useful. This place was a gem.

Perfect Location

This was spacious for the 5 of us. The view was amazing especially at night. We were so grateful about the location. We only had to take a taxi a couple of times. We felt we could walk anywhere from here. Tip: Water pressure in the shower is not the best so we used the handheld part for most.

Great Location

Property was as indicated with no issues. Walking distance to everything and safe area with no problems. Small elevator to send up luggage or two people at a time max, if not a lot of stairs to the fourth floor. Would stay here again if I ever end up back in this part of the world.

Check in was difficult. Property was stingy on toilet paper, providing only 4 rolls when we have 7 people and stayed 2 nights. They did not let with luggage holding. Toiletries and kitchen supplies were limited to none. Steep stairs and tiny elevator.
