This beautiful, modern penthouse apartment overlooking the beach is located on Marbella's Golden Mile and only a few minutes from Puerto BanĂșs.



This holiday home is the perfect accommodation to enjoy your stay on the Costa del Sol! The open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room with access to the lower terrace where you can enjoy the sea views and beautiful mature garden with community pool. The apartment features three bedrooms, with one en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and one additional bathroom shared between the remaining two bedrooms. The apartment has a huge rooftop terrace with shaded area for a dining table and sofas aswell as a BBQ and a large jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the stunning sea views from the bay of Marbella over Puerto Banus harbour to Gibraltar!



The apartment offers free Wifi and free parking for guests and has 24 hour security guard at reception who will be happy to assist should you have any questions. A supermarket is conveniently located just accross the street. 



From the beach you can take a stroll along the promenade heading east towards Marbella, past the famous Marbella Club and Puente Romano Hotel and discover the beautiful Marbella Old Town, the famous Plaza de los Naranjos and enjoy dinner and drinks. Walking the other direction will take you to Puerto Banus to the best local nightlife, boutique shops, lively beach bars, restaurants and water sports on the Costa del Sol.

Such a gorgeous apartment with even better views! I pool is lovely, we loved having access straight to the beach and sea, and it was so easy to walk into Puerto Banus every evening! We also found it very easy to grab a taxi and head to Old Town! An amazing holiday :)

Golden mile sea view penthouse only 15 minute walk along promenade to Puerto Banus. 24/7 security and spotless. Martin and Stephen always on hand to promptly sort any issues that arise.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful view. A little cute kitchen and appliances Large parking lot in the basement, very nice. There were some issues with the microwave oven but it was replaced the same day.

Perfect apartment hosted by Martin Great communication throughout and thank you for the personal touch of balloons and fizz for the birthday girl fantastic location, breathtaking ocean view, spacious and modern, as seen in pictures. Rooftop hosts hot tub, bbq and large social area, you really don’t need to go anywhere. Short walk to Puerto Banus and Marbella which gives plenty variety to eat out and explore.
