This classic property is located in the heart of the city within the Golden Square of the Eixample neighborhood. Walking distance to Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, and Passeig Sant Joan.
The Space:
Welcome to this 185 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. Enjoy huge amounts of space in this modern, bright and cozy flat. Explore the city and come back to the apartment resting on a quiet and comfortable home away from home.
This huge apartment features two living areas across the space, each of them with their own dinning table, one of them located by an amazing gallery that faces the interior building patio. Youâll also find everything you need to prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use.
â ïž VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

- Bedroom 6: 1 Individual bed
- Bedroom 7: 1 Individual bed + sofa bed

- Two spacious living room areas, one of them with a sunny covered terrace!
- Sunny balconies overlooking Eixample âïž
- 2.5 Full bathrooms
- TV and Wi-fi
- The AC is located in the living room and in 4 out of 7 bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is conveniently placed near Diagonal avenue and not far from the city centre. Diagonal was originally projected by engineer and urban planner Ildefons CerdĂ as one of the city's wide avenues, which along with Avinguda Meridiana would cut the grid he designed for l'Eixample. Both would meet at Plaça de les GlĂČries Catalanes, which CerdĂ envisioned as the new city centre. However, Plaça Catalunya, equally a new addition to the city of Barcelona, and connecting Ciutat Vella and Eixample, and therefore occupying a more privileged position in the urban area, would finally become the centre.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Diagonal (Lines 3 & 5).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the train towards "Aeroport" at Passeig de Gracia. There are trains every 20min and it costs around 5âŹ.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25⏠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⏠and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⏠+ all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
